Nice, clean, spacious home. Kitchen is well equipped. Convenient parking in front of home. Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. We walked the neighborhood one afternoon and observed quite a few homeless individuals. We never had any problems with anyone and we were never approached.
House was great. Quiet neighborhood, close to downtown and many other attractions. Great communication. Would recommend.
The place was very clean, very nice host, and had an amazing shower!
The house was great for the two of us. We enjoyed our hot coffee or tea sitting outside in the mornings as the neighborhood was quiet for relaxing outdoors. The showers after a day of hiking and exploring were the BEST!
Nice central location to all things Colorado Springs and surrounding area. We never had to go more then 20 minutes to get anywhere we wanted to go. We had a lovely time and this property is super cute! The spa shower is amazing!! My husband and I had a very nice getaway for our 5th anniversary! We did chose this property bc it was listed as accessible. If that’s why your looking at this property here are a few things to keep in mind. The hardwood floor is a bit slippery. The spa layout in the bathroom is problematic if you use a wheelchair or walker since it does cause an uneven surface. You have to go to the corner (just one house away) for a ramp up to the side walk. My husband is in physical therapy and is constantly improving so these small challenges were not difficult for us at all. But since they did come up I thought others may want to know in the future when considering staying here.
Great stay! Loved the location.
Great stay, very clean lovely home.
we booked this property March 2020, just prior to the Covid shutdown. The price we contracted for at that time was reasonable. It really was an ideal location for all the activities we had planned during our week stay. The house was comfortable for just the 2 of us. Since there was only a sofa for sitting, that sometimes felt crowded however. The bed and linens were nice. The kitchen worked well since we did cook often to save on expense of always dining out. After our first day, the water dispenser on the refrigerator didn't work. We did contact Mary who informed us their maintenance person would be checking it out. Upon leaving, this issue still wasn't resolved. We did use the grill several times which was nice due to the hotter than normal weather. The air conditioning unit worked well in cooling the house. My one complaint was the dog across the street barking and barking and barking, especially at 5 am. Highly recommend the coffee shop a block from the house for excellent coffee and breakfast. Our visit to the Colorado Springs area was a fun adventure and grateful we found this little house for the two of us. (my hubby recommends a larger TV as well) Thank you Emily and Mary for the great communication.
Great experience
We really enjoyed our stay here for our family vacation. Had everything we needed and was so clean and the perfect size. Would recommend! Thank you!!
