Inquire about short stays, we accommodate them where possible. Spend your vacation in our Hawaiian style 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home a 3 minute walk from Kailua Beach. Our home features a balance of indoor and outdoor living. There is a Zen like courtyard and inviting navy blue mosaic swimming pool in the backyard. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom and AC unit. The living room also has AC.

There is a property manager that is available to do check in, check out and if thereis any troubleshooting needed.

This home is located on Kalaheo Avenue, just a 2 minute walk from beautiful Kailua Beach, located on the Windward Coast with 2 miles of soft sand, turquoise water, and gentle breezes. Kailua Beach is also a hub for water sports such as surfing, windsurfing, body boarding, kayaking, paddle boarding and parasailing.

If you are up to a challenging hiking trail, Ehukai Pillbox is only 2.4 miles away. It’s a 30 minute hike up to two old military bunkers that overlook the North Shore coastline. The views are breathtaking!

Walk to Kalapawai Market for sandwiches or burgers before heading to the beach.

Craving Asian food You can choose between Champa Thai, Saigon Noodle, or Tokoname Sushi.

Thinking about Italian or Mexican Maybe you can look into Assaggio, Buone Era or Cactus.

Why not try some fresh poke at Foodland or Wholefoods

After a beautiful sunset by the beach, try the freshly caught seafood at Buzz's Lanikai by the canal.

The floor plan enables every room to have a view of water and lush greens, and also enables tropical breeze to free flow through the property. The 4th suite also has a separate entrance. The spacious kitchen, dining room and living room are in between the courtyard and backyard so it has the privilege of both pool and pond views and ample lights. Perfect for family vacation, family reunion, and other special family event celebration.

The home has been newly renovated with a fully equipped kitchen, modern floors, and island decor. To make working and learning remotely from paradise more efficient, we have upgraded our internet service to ultra-package throughout the property, and stored additional computer desks in case multiple working stations are needed.

Offering a truly Hawaiian experience, it is a great place to relax away from the crowds but still close enough for trips to Waikiki and North Shore. Walk to the Kalapawai Market for morning coffee. Wind surf or kite board from the best spot on the island, rent a kayak or paddle board, head to the Moku islands, or have shaved ice at Island Snow later in the day.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: There are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The expansive master suite has a king bed and spacious walking closet. Two others each have a queen bed. The 4th suite has 2 twin beds that you can put together for a King bed, if you need. You can also use the queen size air mattress in the living room or the master bedroom.

KITCHEN: The fully stocked gourmet kitchen has everything you could possible need to from wine glasses to pots & pans, and a rice cooker. The kitchen with a bar opens into dining area beyond which you can step into the lanai/courtyard. We also have an outdoor grill by the pool and under the coconut tree for your use.

LIVING ROOM: There is spacious and bright living room with large sliding doors that open into zen themed courtyard on one side and swimming pool/backyard on the other.

Cleaning Policy:
Your health and safety are our top priority. We are now following a thoroughly enhanced cleaning policy. This home has been thoroughly cleaned using SafeStay standards, an EPA approved, hospital-grade disinfectant that has been found to kill 99.9% of detectable pathogens. The front door is then sealed with a tag and no one is allowed to enter till you do so with your access code. We want you to assure you that cleaning and disinfection is being done to the highest of standards.

*This property is a legally established dwelling that is rented for periods of 30 consecutive day minimum. There is no penalty for early departures so you can book for a shorter stay as agreed upon on the site. This is in accordance with city and County of Honolulu ordinance section 19-18. A 30 rental agreement to be included.*

    The home was very clean and had plenty of kitchen utensils, pots/pans and dishes. Basic supplies like toilet paper, dishwasher and washer soap was plentiful. Manager was responsive to questions. Good location to walk to beach. Supplied beach towels, boogie boards. Overall a wonderful experience for the family.

    Spacious and well-equipped home with four en-suite bedrooms and a very nice kitchen. Great communication. Excellent location right in front of some of the best boogie boarding and body surfing waves on Kailua beach. Hope to be back soon!

    House and pool are in excellent condition, everything worked great as indicated. Plenty of space for 8 adults. Binder with directions was very clear and if we had questions we'd go to that first and then call our contact. I would note that the Koi pond requires a fair bit of attention and so we saw the host on multiple days keeping it in good working condition. Location to the beach, Kailua town and Lanikai beach are so convenient. We mostly walked and biked about town.

    I highly recommend this home. The beach is just a few minutes walk away through the beach access. The home is in a great neighbourhood for walking. It's a quick drive to the town. Nice pool, comfortable beds, and room locations allowed for lots of privacy. Noe, the property manager, was lovely and wonderful to deal with. This was the perfect home for our family.

    Our stay was absolutely fantastic. This was probably the best vacation we've ever had, and our stay here absolutely helped to make that possible. The house is beautiful and in the perfect location: 5 minute walk to Kailua Beach and 20 minute walk (5 min drive) to downtown Kailua. We had 2 families with us (4 adults, 1 teenager, 3 kids, 1 toddler). The layout was unique with 1 bedroom accessed from the Koi Pond area and 1 bedroom accessed from the pool area. All bedrooms were spacious and the largest bedroom worked perfectly for our family unit with my wife and me in the king bed, our 6 year-old on the air mattress in the room, and our toddler in the pack-n-play in the large attached walk-in closet which essentially meant he had his own room. The driveway fit 2 SUVs easily and we had the security of the driveway gate to close at night. The pool area was lovely and there was pleanty of beach and swimming equipment fo us to use. One of my favorite parts was the kitchen with large dining table that fit our whole group for many family meals. The house can only be rented once in a 30 day period due to a Honolulu ordinance, but they allowed us to pay just for the 9-nights thay we stayed. The property manager, Noe, was wonderful and greated us with check-in information as soon as we arrived on island, and was available immediately to assist us when we were having trouble figuring out an issue with one of the gates. 10/10 would recommend. We hope to return in the future!

    The house is listed as a Zen Paradise and it truly is. There were nine of us and it was perfect. The four separate suites made us feel very private although the common area was beautiful, large well lit and offered us everything we would need for the perfect vacation. Everyone loved the swimming pool, and the Koi pond was gorgeous and peaceful. The beach was just a few steps away. Totally private with the security gate from the street and another secure gate to enter the property. Totally recommend 100% to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation. Kailua beach is beautiful would love to stay there again next year for a month. Noe is an amazing person to work with.

    It was great working with property manager Noe, who was super responsive and helpful. The rental met all of our expectations and was honestly perfect for our intergenerational family vacation! Also, very short walk to the beach!
