Guest Access:
You'll have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, the kitchen, the living room, and the backyard with the pool. A private access code will be provided for a smooth self-check-in process.

The Neighborhood:
The home is in a safe and quiet neighborhood of Grand Prairie, close to Highway 161 and I-20 for easy access to local shopping, dining, and entertainment. You’ll be just a short drive from attractions like Cowboy Stadium, Joe Pool Lake, Six Flags, etc.

Getting Around:
Renting a car is the easiest way to get around, but rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also available. For a fun day out, explore Joe Pool Lake, which is just 7 minutes away by car, or head to Cowboy Stadium, only 15 minutes away. Lots to see and do there, including Texas Live.

Other Things to Note:
✓ Front door and backyard cameras are installed; the backyard camera faces away from the pool.
✓ We ask guests to complete a pre-arrival form to prepare for your stay
✓ No unregistered guests allowed.
✓ Small pets welcome with a $125 non-refundable fee per pet per stay. Please request.
✓ No parties. Noise or music after 9 pm - strictly enforced
✓ No smoking allowed.
✓ Check-in after 4 pm; check-out by 11 am.
✓ Starter shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided - please plan accordingly.

✓ Do not move furniture. Violations incur a $250 penalty.

✓ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products. Clogs caused by improper flushing may result in damage fees.
