Stayed Oct 22, 2025The best part about this place is the amount of space and the price. We had up to 9 ppl and we felt like there was plenty of space. Being that it was a UK football and Keeneland weekend, this place was a bit of a bargain compared to other listings that would accommodate our group. That said, there are a few things that could really make this place stand out. I couldn't find any coffee filters. I did bring my own coffee and used paper towels to make a filter. There also was minimal silverware. These were not issues for us, but could be for other guests. As other people mentioned, the carpet in the back room was stained, but the entire place was very clean. We would stay here again when we are in town with a larger group like this time. Check in and check out and communication was easy as well. Beds were very comfy and heat/ AC / hot water were all great as well. The back room is pretty cold so we had some extra blankets that came in handy.

Stayed Apr 9, 2025Pictures did not represent the house inside. Lawn wasn't mowed despite owner saying it would be.Beds were OK. Part of ceiling in one room had come down, probably from storm, and floor was wet. Saving money would be the only reason to stay here. Owners or reps probably hadn't been to the house in a while as the mail in the overstuffed mailbox was from Feb.

Stayed Sep 16, 2024Overall the house was what we needed for the group of guys we had. The property has great potential but still needs some work. It is the little details that take something from just ok to great and this property was missing most of the little details. The bathrooms needed updating and cleaning and the family room/ den not only had very stained carpet but the carpet was full of crumbs and not vacuumed. I would stay there again with a group of guys however I would not stay there with my wife and family.
