Stayed Nov 24, 2025Robert was a gracious, thoughtful host. Instructions were detailed and upfront. Beautiful, spacious house with 3 full bathrooms. We didn’t have as much time to enjoy the place as I’d hoped as we were at family’s home most of the time. But we’d gladly return

Stayed Dec 29, 2024Place is excellent, spacious, clean & a good layout for a full family. The location is only a 15 min walk to the shops (Fry's) & a few minutes to most amenities & short drive to San Tan Mall etc. Host is great also, clear communications, polite & professional.Very familiar with Gilbert, so my pleasure to provide a top recommendation for the place & host.Strong recommendation.

Stayed Jan 28, 2023We just returned from a 63 day stay at this property and everything from the initial contact with Robert (owner) through check-out was smooth with no issues/problems whatsoever. The website pictures are accurate; the home is roomy offering privacy when wanted and the property was super clean which is very important to us. We loved the location as it was close to Gilbert Regional Park for Pickleball, there was a bike trail nearby and it was located near the 202 for easy access to all the golf courses we played. While we did not have many questions for Robert, he was always prompt with replies. We highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again. Thanks Robert!

Stayed Jul 26, 2022We stayed at this home for over three months while we waited for our home to be built and absolutely loved our stay! The home was clean and comfortable for our family of five, and the location is perfect. Robert was great at communicating and answering any questions we had during our stay.

Stayed Jun 25, 2022It was my first time staying here and I loved it. Lots of space, super clean, beds were comfy and the kitchen is perfect for cooking, especially the gas stove. Pool was really nice especially with the hot temps. Super quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Mar 31, 2022We spent 8 days exploring Phoenix, Tuscon, and visiting friends. The home was an excellent home base. The home is beautiful and the pool was a nice way to relax after daily excursions and hikes. A wonderful week.

Stayed Feb 26, 2022What a wonderful place to stay with a group of friends or family! Everything was as said. Back yard/ pool area/ grill area was fabulous. Nice to be able to listen to music around the backyard. Kitchen area was well stocked with items used. Master suite was very large and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and neat. Beautiful place to stay in and a very nice neighborhood. Amenities were close. Owner was very prompt on the responses to the few questions we had.
