Everything was wonderful

Kathie was a very welcoming host and the home had all of the amenities that we needed. In addition, you can't have a better location while staying in Dillon. We will definitely plan to stay here again!

This was by far an amazing stay. Check in? What check in? We got there and walked in. It was seamless. Everything we could possibly want was there. Thank you for an amazing stay!! We even played a couple of the games that were there. I didn’t win at Yahtzee, but we still had a blast as a family.

Leggett looks fresher than when we stayed in 2022. Had a great time in Dillon. Had a sucessful hunt. The coffee maker is not quite hot enough, but not really a big deal. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Four of us who hadn’t seen each other in a while booked a hunting trip with a friend who is a guide in Dillon. This home was as advertised and had all of the amenities anyone would need. Home was super clean and nice and convenient to everything in Dillon. Thanks so much Kathie for being such a great host! Definitely plan to go back!

Perfect place for a group.

The house was the perfect place for our long fishing weekend. We were a little concerned that it would be really hot in the house, temps were in the mid 90's, but Kathie provided a portable AC unit and fans which helped keep the place cool. The basement was also a nice retreat from the heat. Overall a great house and highly recommended.

We were in town visiting family. House was clean and in great condition with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Downstairs tv room had great couch/recliners. Within walking distance (1 block) of grocery store and fast food. Only 1 mile to downtown Dillon.

Clean, newer house in a great location.

The day we arrived at the house there was a power issue from the power company. We contacted Kathie and she immediately sprang into action and got us in another excellent home. While we didn't get to stay here, we had time to see the house. The home is very well stocked and I cant say enough how clean it was. There is plenty of space for everyone, and again, very clean. If you want to be close to the town of Dillon, you cant beet the location. Minutes to great restaurants, groceries, and fishing. When I am in the area again, I will definitely be looking for a property with this host.

This is the nicest VRBO we have stayed in. Spacious, clean, easy access to everything in town, easy to find, super comfortable. All at a reasonable price.
