Stayed Mar 9, 2025Pros: great views!, nice porch/balcony area, quiet and mostly private location, bathroom facilities are very nice, host was very friendly and communicative.Cons: older house that had been renovated so some creaky and uneven floors, kitchen was small and was missing some cooking utensils and items, heating and cooling needed to be supplemented with extra equipment to maintain comfort.Overall it was a very pleasant experience!

Stayed Oct 15, 2022My sister and I spent the week in this sweet little house with spectacular views of Oak Creek Canyon. This two bedroom, one bath served us well and we loved spending mornings and evenings out on the deck. If you arrive after dark, even using GPS, the road is a little tricky to find, so as you drive north from Sedona it is on the right after you see the fire station. Don't be thrown off by the sign that says Private Road because that is it! We would highly recommend this house for a stay in the Sedona Area. We also especially loved Indian Gardens for breakfast or lunch, located just accross 89A. We would stay here again, if we get a chance to return to Sedona.
