New laminate floors and baseboards, door trim on the 1st floor, fresh paint, new light fixtures, all new beds and mattresses, new living room and dining furniture, 3 new tv’s, new towels, linens. All 3 bathroom vanities and toilets, lights accessories, everything new in the kitchen: silverware, glassware, plates, cooking, small appliances. Bothbedrooms have new beds & mattresses. New outdoor chairs.

Cassine Garden is full of Tall pines and Cassine trees. They provide a beautiful setting for our newly renovated 1200 square foot, two bedroom, two and a half bath townhome. It is the ideal get away for quiet relaxation.The Cassine Garden Complex is private and yet only a few hundred yards to the beach. Just out our back door is a scenic pond with walk over bridge and gazebo area. From our front door you are steps away from one of two pools. Tennis / Pickle ball courts are located directly behind the pool. The nature trail within the complex gives you a unique opportunity for a peaceful stroll. Should you choose to enjoy a private dinner at home, our townhome has a fully equipped kitchen.  If eating out is more to your liking, there are several fabulous restaurants within minutes, along with some great seafood markets that will steam your fresh shrimp with your favorite seasoning. The master bedroom has a new king-size bed, with a balcony overlooking the pond, and full private bath. New flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a new queen size bed and new twin bunks, new flat screen TV. There is a 2nd a full new renovated bathroom. The living area has all new furnishings, New Roku TV, / Wi-Fi. There are new laminate floors on the 1st floor. Private washer and dryer. We feel certain that your time at our townhome will be relaxing, enjoyable and carefree.     A perfect place for our family of 5 (2 adults, a 3 year old, 1 year old, and 1 month old) to relax for 2 weeks. Dad and the older kids utilized the pool or headed to the beach (an easy 5-minute walk) daily. The location was convenient to shops and restaurants and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. The unit was clean and comfortable and communication with the owner was reliable. Would definitely recommend!

    Very nice unit in a quiet setting away from the crowds of 30A. Pretty setting. The unit seemed to have everything we needed. Very clean. The manager/owner was very accessible although we didn't need him for anything. We will definitely stay here again.

    This was our family's first time in Florida, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Steve contacted me within hours of booking and let me know I could reach him anytime I needed. Whenever I had questions, he was very quick to respond. The condo was updated and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was right across the street and the beach was a quick 5 minute walk. I cannot say enough positive things about this property, we will definitely be back!

    The property is located in a very desirable location along 30A. The unit itself is in the best location in the development. It is located on the pond with two balconies to enjoy the tranquil sounds of the fountain while enjoying your favorite libation. On arrival we found the home very clean and inviting. It is well appointed with all the amenities you will need for a great vacation. Steve, the owner, is a pleasure to work with and will be available to answer any questions you might have. You will not find a better value along 30A. Book this unit, you will not be dissapointed.

    Cassine Garden is a great neighborhood with walking trails back through the woods, tennis courts, and good biking without going on 30a itself. And this condo is right in the middle of it with views onto the lake and fountain. The condo is updated and worked great for our family of 6. The manager is very attentive. We had a great time.

    Location was amazing, quick five minutes to the beach,10 minute bike ride to Seaside, 25 minutes to Rosemary. Condo is comfortable, Steve’s communication is great. Our family of five can’t say enough good things about our experience!

    Exactly as it was shown in the pictures. The condo was about a 5 minute walk to the beach, as well as restaurants and shops, and across the street from the pool. Communication with Stephen was also very quick and responsive and he gave great instruction and details for check in/out. My daughters and I had a great time and we'd definitely stay here again!

    Our family loved our first-time visit to the area and our stay in this private community just off 30A, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The newly renovated townhome had all the comforts of home. We were thrilled to be so close to the pool and tennis courts, and also have a beautiful view of the pond and fountain. Steve was an excellent host who was very helpful to give ideas for things to do in the area and was quickly available to answer any questions. We highly recommend!
