Stayed Mar 23, 2025The house and artwork were beautiful.The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. We were two families and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The pool no longer has a fence around it and many of the rooms have been upgraded since the photos in this listing. There are no longer bunkbeds which was a disappointment for the kids. If you want to go on beach walks or runs, beware of stray dogs. We hired cooks which was amazing, but the cookware in the house was in really bad shape and had Teflon peeling off, which is disappointing. We were not able to sleep in the master bedroom as the wind made the glass slider rattle so loud you couldn’t sleep. We were here during March which is a windy time of year. I would definitely stay here again, but the place would be a lot more comfortable with some basic improvements.

Stayed Dec 29, 2023House is very spacious much more than what you see in the pictures. Beach is nice with very few tourists or locals. feels almost private. A plus is that you can fish from the pier which is at walking distance. We enjoyed our time in Telchac.

Stayed Apr 21, 2023Overall we loved the place and property management were amazing. The only issue we had was the water kept turning off but Mauricio was amazing and was very attentive. So we weren’t long without it. Great place to stay. We’d definitely come back.

Stayed Apr 27, 2022The beach house is a few blocks from Telchak pier, a few solid restaurants and small stores for last minute grocery buys which make this place very conveniently located. The house does look like what was pictures but I can see where the salt water has taken it’s toll. The washer was used once and it leaked water making a mess. The dryer worked perfectly. All the bedroom were clean and well air conditioned as was the downstairs living and kitchen (extremely important in the hot months). The property manager (Mauricio) was very helpful. He brought over a replacement coffee maker since the two that were at the house were not functioning. All in all it was a very nice stay.
