Stayed Aug 29, 2025A magnificent home. Every inch of this 6000 Sq foot house is decorated from floor to and the ceilings . The house stimulates all the senses whether it’s the furniture, the paintings the statues , the chandeliers or the wall colors . We were a group of 9 adults and we took as many pictures of the house as we did on the hikes , rafting and biking we did in the Poconos. A unique gem and beautiful gateway fo the Poconos for a large group .

Stayed Apr 25, 2025We had a large group staying at the house which was so spacious with every gathering area offering a comfortable and interesting space to hang out. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the outdoor area was another option for gathering space. Many special and interesting features. The hosts were available for any questions we had and were very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Stayed Aug 11, 2023House is decored like museum with lot of antique look like pieces and lot of furniture. Bed rooms are spead between 2nd floor and basement, most of the bedroom have individual air conditioner except bedrooms in basement. Kitchen is big enough with lot of utensils to cook your own food. Good enough light in the kitchen. Dining table is only for 8 people though total capacity of the house to stay is 23. Overall place is fine for the money you pay and if you are not looking for modern new look facilities.

Stayed Jul 21, 2023We had a group come from all over the Northeast which made Scranton the ideal location to meet. The house is spacious and well decorated. The kitchen is very nice and provides a central place to gather. The host was helpful and provided us with everything we needed remotely.

Stayed Jun 29, 2023Photos don’t do this house justice! I wish we would’ve had more time to actually spend in the house, we just needed a place to stay, and this was convenient. I would absolutely go back and just hang out in the house - every detail is so unique and interesting. Our group had a great time!

Stayed Dec 30, 2022Had a great time at our stay. Property manager was communicative and responsive. The place is huge. We each had our own rooms and plenty of space. The house is very quirky and at first I was worried that the kids would destroy the place but a lot of it is just decorative and we found the house fine for kids. Close to skiing.
