Your Home away from home

There were mice running through the living room and into a wall around the corner. There was no hot water in the sink nor the shower in the bathroom near bedrooms A and B.

House was great for us. Very spacious. Beds were good in our opinion. Our host had good communication and we had no issues.

Great communication. Host was very accommodating. Big house and lots of space. Love the oversized TV for catching the game on our stay.

Convenient to cruise port and easily accommodated our large family. There are many nearby stores and restaurants. There is plenty of space for everyone. Beds were okay and pillows were not but overall a decent stay. Unfortunately We did not have time to utilize the pool.

We were a family group of 10 adults staying the night before our cruise. The house met our need perfectly.

The house was phenomenal, clean, and well equipt. Rules were clearly stated to ensure both our and the next guest's comfort. Constant clear communication throughout the process. Would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful time at the house. It was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. My family would love to stay again. George was accommodating.

we were in town for graduation and a cruise. this place was perfect for our multigenerational group and number of rooms needed.

Great location

We were a group of 10 family members needing to stay overnight before our cruise. The house was just as pictured and was very clean. The only thing I would suggest is to have split mini AC units in all bedrooms.

This home worked great for our needs.Look at all photos and reviews before booking. Property staff was omnipresent.

George was very attentive and punctual. Very easy to access everything and communicating was great. The only thing I would advise is that you bring extra blankets the AC works great!!!

I wanted to spend Christmas night together. I asked the host if it’s ok to have 17 people at the property during the night. Two hours prior to check in I received a message from the host a set of house rules that I strongly believe should have been sent out the same day as booking. This “reminder text” threw me off because the rules were absurd. Host states per Miami-Dade county only two parked cars were permitted on the property. Strange because there’s no way 17 people who are traveling from all around Miami dade can arrive in two cars. The properties descriptions states that it can hold five cars. The property has a beautiful U shape drive way with plenty of parking, which was one of the few reasons I chose this place. He stated that the maintenance man stays in the rear of the property and not to block the South Gate. If we decided to use the pool don’t get in with oils or lotions on your body or a 250 fine. What ?! As a black family we wear lotion and sun protection it’s not an option. Another reason why I booked the property. Unfortunately, the same day I had to tell my family we couldn’t get in the pool The owner met us with the remote & mentioned to us about the two car rule we told him we’ve never heard of anything like that and it was a bit of back&forth, which I did not appreciate on Christmas.He claimed to be the maintenance guy, but we knew he was the owner by his demeanor. Checkout morning the real maintenance man sat by the garage all morning like a stalker.

Short stay with family before sailing off on cruise

This place is perfect for a stay in Miami. The location was great. We had a great time and the property was perfect. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks better in person than photos on the site. The neighborhood is very quiet and conveniently located. Would absolutely recommend to stay there!
