We rent in a very quiet street and near the center of the village of Ruoms in southern Ardèche, a beautiful furnished apartment of around 70 m2 including a kitchen, a bedroom with sleeping accommodation in 140, a large bedroom / dormitory with 3 beds in 120, a bathroom with shower and WC,
This apartment benefits from all the comforts: washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, traditional stove with oven, flat screen TV, unlimited internet by WIFI and RJ 45 socket for PC or games connection, satellite dish to connect a Canal decoder +
It is exposed West and the occupants have access to the garden where they can park their vehicle in a fully fenced property and take their meals there under a furnished and lit arbor to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings.
They also have access to a large adjoining and fenced meadow of 450 m2
Pets under surveillance are allowed.
This apartment is located in a very touristy village a few kilometers from Vallon Pont d'Arc on the banks of the Ardèche and near two other first class rivers (La Beaume and Chassezac).
Swimming, canoeing down the Ardèche, excursions in the Cévennes, gastronomy, visits to classified sites, festivals, will enhance your stay. (Avignon and its Theater Festival, Orange and its Chorégies 1 hour 40 minutes by road). The Chauvet cave and Vallon Pont d'Arc are 7 km away.
Possibility to rent in addition on the same property a large independent studio on the ground floor for two people with sleeping in 140 with bathroom
