Stayed Apr 3, 20254 Day stay for a family wedding. Property was perfect! It was spotless and roomy enough for the 6 of us. Very well stocked kitchen! Appreciated the snacks and extra beach towels and linens. Beds were very comfortable and lots of storage/closet space. Loved sitting on the deck! Very private. Street parking in front was also a bonus. I would definitely recommend a stay here! Thanks Maria!

Stayed Apr 30, 2024We came down for a work trip and the location was perfect. The hosts made check-in a breeze and were there to help if we needed anything (they live next door). The bedrooms are big and all 4 of us had plenty of space. It's an easy walk to restaurants and I would definitely return!

Stayed May 8, 2024Our extended family stayed in Maria's home for my daughter's graduation from the University of Miami. It was really close to the school, as well as a bunch of great restaurants and the beaches on Key Biscayne. The home is extremely clean and spacious, with so many nice touches (extra towels and toiletries, snacks, plenty of lighting, extra charging ports, TVs in every bedroom, etc.) The beds were super comfortable, and there were extra blankets if we needed them. Just an overall great experience!
