★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.
We charge a pet fee of $75 per stay for two pets maximum. This increases to $150 / week and $200 / month for longer term guests. Please submit a special offer with this additional fee included through the platform when you book the unit for more than 7 nights.
*If you neglect to inform us ahead of time that you are bringing a pet with you than we reserve the right to either TERMINATE your stay early or charge an additional $100 on top of the original pet fee.
The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200
These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes our cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which we hold them to.
This is our rental agreement that you accept upon reserving: Sick and tired of being blamed for damages by hosts We got you covered. A non-refundable trust and safety deposit is required and will be charged for the booking (No need for extra work, this is automated through Airbnb, VRBO, and all online bookings platforms). The SafelyStay, Inc. trust and safety fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

It was good.
Place was clean, cute, and cozy. We enjoyed our stay.
Liked the location, was very to get to all locations with ease. Flooring wasn't very good. Bulging in various areas causing trip hazards. The ceiling fan doesn't work, but the light did. Tbis was noted in previous renters comments. The patio deck was full of algea, needs to be pressure washed Overall appearance of the house was ok.
We had a very good experience stay at this rental. It was a little unclear which door to go into but once that was cleared out that was very very nice.
Very cozy house, close to downtown Jacksonville and only 20 mins from the ocean
My friends and I were in town for a conference. This cute house was perfectly located far enough away from downtown and yet close enough to everywhere we needed to go. The house itself was big enough for us 4 adults so we each had our own room, and yet it was small enough so that gathering together was easy. We didn't spend a lot of time in the house but it met our every need.
Good location. Perfect for our short stay.
Everything was just as described, house was nice and clean, enjoyed our stay.
This was a very clean, spacious house. The neighborhood is not terrible, but the streets are narrow with no sidewalks in an old neighborhood with a mixture of houses. This property would have gotten all 5 stars if it wasn't for the fence that was in terrible shape on all sides. We had to find trash day scrap to keep patching the slats on the wood fence on one side and the bamboo on the other sides. Definitely not safe in the shape it is in for most dogs unless you really trust your dog.
my experience renting this property was amazing thanks so much to the host ! very amazing place
We arrived on 2/21/23. 2 hours after check in I texted the owner because there was no gas in the outdoor fire (extra tank also empty). We then realized that the light/fan in the living room was not working, so texted again about remote maybe being dead. I also sent the messages in the Vrbo chat to be safe. I DID NOT HEAR BACK FOR 24 HOURS. Finally got a text (2/22) that maintenance man was out and that tanks would be picked up FIRST THING the next morning (no mention of the living room light). On 2/23/23 at 2pm I send a message along the lines of “the tanks are still sitting on the porch empty, is it safe to assume that none of the issues will be addressed today either?”. Immediately I received a reply: “excuse me? There is no need to be rude. The fan+ light works fine the switch needs to be flipped up. It is a remote operated fan.” We had already tried this the first night. I asked the owner to stop by and please show me how they do it since we can’t get it to work. They finally seem to realize that they dropped the ball. At this point they start being communicative to ensure that I know they are trying to fix the problem, two days too late. They can’t find batteries in stores, so we had to rely on other lights around the house to keep the living room lit up for the entirety of our stay. Besides the abysmal communication, the house was poorly renovated. Bathroom door didn’t close completely, toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall. Typical “landlord special” house.
Found this listing last minute for a weekend trip to Jacksonville. The house was great! It was very bright and welcoming, and was exactly as portrayed on the listing. The master bedroom was very spacious! And the other two rooms were a great size, as well. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood that was only a 6-10 minute ride into downtown Jacksonville. The house was clean and furniture comfortable! Would definitely recommend staying here.
I grew up in Jacksonville and came home for a weekend. The house was the perfect accommodation for me and comfortably fit my family who came over after a Jags game. Will definitely try to stay here in the future!
Good location to some wonderful resturants. Crozy and clean.
