Tucked away south of 30-A, the private beach-side community of Summers Edge in Seagrove Beach, lets your white picket dreams come to life. “Life is Good” in this spacious 3-bedroom beach cottage with a bonus bunk room! This cozy coastal retreat welcomes your family and friends with beautiful hardwood floors and an open-concept living area featuring 10-foot ceilings and vast windows allowing in scores of natural light. Enjoy cooking together in the spacious coastal kitchen withgenerous counter space and a breakfast bar perfect for conversations over coffee.
Starting Jan 5th 2026, the beach access from Chelsea Loop to Eastern Lake Beach Frontage Rd will be closed for 4 weeks for a special project. Both pools will be closed during renovations the S Ryan pool is scheduled to open on March 2nd, the Chelsea pool on April 2nd.

The large dining room offers seating for 8. A roomy guest suite featuring a full bed and a corresponding bunk and an attached full bath, plus a first-floor laundry complete this level. Offering abundant space for family and guests, the second level of this inviting home features two large bedrooms, each featuring king-sized beds. A bonus bunk room between these two bedrooms is a favorite with our younger guests, as well as parents who enjoy privacy, but still want to keep the kids close. There is also a set of bunk beds in the hallway on the second floor. The generous master suite features a sitting space and a private screened-in porch. The master bath features a walk-in, glass-enclosed shower, and closet. Each bedroom offers an attached full bath. The top floor of this home has ample bonus living space featuring a large daybed. This floor is also perfect for playing games and hanging out, as it offers a convenient wet bar with a sink, mini fridge, a generous sun deck, and a covered porch offering respite on a sunny day. Parking is ideal for 2 vehicles but is limited to a maximum of 3 medium-sized vehicles - - one in the driveway and two parallel in front of the home.

The owners invite you to load your beach gear up in their spacious beach buggy and get ready for a day in the sun. Let the kids, bike, skateboard, or frolic with you on a short 3-5 minute walk down this quiet street to your private beach access. Each guest will receive up to a $ 280 credit with a local vendor for bikes, kayaks, beach toys, and the like. Is a pool more to your liking Summer’s Edge has two community pools to choose from. (one that is seasonally heated) After your day of fun in the sun, enjoy Florida outdoor living with this home's welcoming front porch, side Pergola, back deck, propane grill, pellet smoker, and outdoor shower. The popular community of Summers Edge is located South of Highway 30-A, just 5 minutes from the world-famous community of Seaside, and in the heart of the best shopping and dining, the Gulf Coast has to offer.

This lovely home is located in a pedestrian and bicycle-friendly community. However, due to local homeowner association rules, rental golf carts are not allowed and the owners ask that guests do not rent golf carts during their stay.

Remember - - ideal parking is for 2 cars, but 3 medium size vehicles is the maximum allowed. There is no overflow.

The owners understand the unique experience Spring Break “party trips” offer, but advise that this community is not conducive to what you may want or expect on a Spring Break “party trip”. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property.

    We have been staying in this neighborhood for many years, it’s such a great location and the neighborhood is very quiet with easy beach access at the end of the street. The house was very roomy, we had 5 family members staying and everyone had their own space. The house was very clean and decorated nicely. We would definitely recommend this house. The only thing I would suggest that could make it better were if there were beach chairs to use and bikes.

    We loved the location and the house fit all 6 of us and had a great beach feel. Very clean. No beach chairs which we would have liked, but the beach and the pool were great. Loved the seating in the living room and the sink on the third floor.

    We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was well appointed, clean and the perfect location. We will definitely return next year! Just a heads up there are no beach towels. Not a problem if you know ahead of time. I would have brought my own had I known so pack your towels! Thanks for a great stay! 10 stars!

    The tree lined street to the pools and beach access is lovely. The walk was brief and there was a cart for hauling the heavy stuff. The home is lovely with comfortable mattresses and coastal cottage vibe. There was easy access to the 30A bike/walking path. There are great dining and shopping locations in walking distance with the newly opened Greenway Station just across the street.
