Your Coastal Getaway ~ close to the beach!

Welcome to your Soundside Sanctuary, a custom-built, 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom home that is flooded with natural light. You will be staying less than a mile from the beach, 2nd row from the sound front in the most peaceful neighborhood that Emerald Isle has to offer. Walk or bike to the beach! Just bring the family! We are providing everything else from beach chairs, linens, a kitchen stocked with the necessities (hello, coffee!), a grill, and a porch that is made for making memories!


This modern coastal-style home is the perfect place for families to gather and feel at ease.

The kitchen is fully stocked. All you will need to do is fill the refrigerator with your groceries. From paper towels to dishwasher pods, a coffee maker, a hot water kettle, you will be provided with everything you need to cook and grill without having to make those pesky last-minute trips to the grocery store!

The dining table is right off the kitchen which seats 6 comfortably, with more dining options on the porch.

The home consists of three bedrooms.

1) The Master Suite includes a King Size bed with a new Lucid mattress, a walk-in closet, a jack & jill bathroom with a spa tub, and a standing shower. A SmartTV is also included in this room.

2) The Bunk Room comes with one bunk bed, one twin trundle bed, and a Smart TV.

3) The Queen room. A Queen bedroom with a walk-in closet. This room is across the hall from the bunk room. There is also a Smart TV in this room.

* Between the Queen room & double bunk room there is a full, minimalistic bathroom. This bathroom features a vanity with a mirror, toilet, and a step-in shower/tub combo.

Each bathroom is stocked with fresh linens.

Each bedroom closet is stocked with additional pillows, blankets, and a queen air mattresses is also available.

Kid items such as a crib, pack n play, and high-chair can be arranged. Just message me and we can make it happen!

The living room is open and airy, it features a sectional couch, two accent chairs, a coffee table, and a smart TV.

The porch area might become your favorite space! Here you will find a dining bistro table that seats 4 and a sectional couch with a coffee table. There is a gate that offers security from the steps.

Down the steps is where you will find your grilling area!

There are also 4 beach chairs, beach toys, and also a netted trampoline and playground in the backyard. Your little ones are welcome to use this space as they please under your supervision.
