Your Coastal Escape - TIKI BAR, Steps to the Beach, Large Yard and Gulf Views!

5 stars for everything! Host went above and beyond to provide everything we needed and more. Both adults and kids really enjoyed the lovely home. We would love to return sooner than later.

Our family spent the week of Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time! The tiki hut was a favorite hangout for the teenagers and the screened in porch was a favorite for the ladies to chat and drink coffee. The home was beautiful and comfortable. The short walk over to the beach was perfect and the large yard was great for our dogs and son to run and play. This home was a great size for our 3 families to come together. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy beautiful Gulf Port!

House was beautiful and roomy. Wish we could see more of the water, but all was well.

Great visit- house was spectacular. Clean, updated, kids loved the grassy area next door to play, cornhole was awesome to have!

Kathryn, thank you so very for allowing us in your beautiful home. It was very clean and the little special touches made the experience so much more enjoyable. The location was everything. To walk out the front door, head across the street and bam the beach. We felt like kings and queens without a personal maid. We will come about again and hopefully your place will be available. The wine was a special touch as well.

This home brought my family and friends together. The Tiki bar and 3 minute walk to the beach is all we needed!

My family and I came in for a funeral and didn't want to have the hassle of finding a place to stay but luckily I stumble across this property after a few scrolls and with ease I was able to have my family and I staying someplace comfortable and cleanly. Kathryn was a very accommodable host and we enjoyed our stay.

I was very pleased with the home. Everything was clean, neat, and organized! The house is beautifully decorated and centrally located near restaurants stores and coffee shops. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. I walked in to a sweet birthday card and gift. The only thing we needed to add was food. The kitchen cabinets are fully stocked with pots, pans and silverware. The bathroom was stocked with towels and toiletries and it was all very clean and tidy. This is a perfect home for a family getaway or friends trip. The neighborhood is very quiet. I highly recommend. 10/10

The house was great and location. However the photo showing Beach view is not the case anymore. Two rows of homes have been added since photos were taken.

My family and I stayed here for a full two weeks. Really enjoyed the property clean well-maintained. Well kept very nice furnishings and amenities. Lots of TVs great kitchen. The tiki bar was big fun. Catherine Knox was a great host and accommodated any requests or needs that we had Could not have asked for a better stay
