Stayed Aug 24, 2024We had a wonderful time at Kate's home this past August. Even before we checked in, Kate was the best host, promptly answering all of my questions. When we arrived, the house was spotless. It was also amazingly equipped: well-maintained bikes, helmets, beach chairs, toys, board games, beach towels, etc. The location is amazing with 1 min bike ride to the rail trail and a 20 min walk to the nearest beach. We hope to return.

Stayed Sep 4, 2024I stayed here with my husband and three children, as well as my brother and sister-in-law and their four children. It was exactly what we needed! The home has clearly been well cared for and thoughtfully remodeled. The host was quick to respond to communication. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 7, 2024Property was clean and fit us all perfectly. Loved the location of the house. Wasn’t far from the beach and the beaches were super nice that it was close too. Had everything we needed in the home. My only suggestion would be to put some blinds upstairs so that beautiful morning sun doesn’t wake ya at 5 in the morning. Other than that the house was absolutely perfect!! Loved the fire pit! Loved the patio furniture, and the shed full of stuff to entertain my boys. Was a great experience and would stay there again!!

Stayed Jun 19, 2022We had a great week at the cape! Linnell Landing beach was a short bike ride away. The back deck with the couch and fireplace was a great added touch, we spent a lot of time out there in the evenings. Would definitely go back again!
