Brandy does go above & beyond to make the place welcoming & cozy plus she is very thoughtful. We booked it for a week to go fishing, got rained out & BOTH of us still had a nice time. That being said the furniture SUCKS the lounge has NO cushion left & needs reupholstered, none of the living room furniture was easy to get out of. The bathroom you have to walk sideways to get past the sink then when setting on the toilet you have to set on an angle with the sink between your knees but because the toilet is so low I was grateful it was there to help me get up.

We stayed here for a last minute booking for new years to ski at seven springs for a few days and this place was perfect! We were able to bring my dog who loved the snow. We did lose heat one night but the host was very responsive and brought us a space heater right away and had it resolved by the early morning. We would stay here again

Great host, clean stay. Outdoor cats were nice, but knew not to come into the living unit. While there was not really a cooking set up, Brandy was able to let us use an electric skillet as well as a pressure cooker to make a few meals throughout the stay. The unit also has cooking utensils and a working Keurig for use. Brandy was also able to help us out when there were a few things we forgot to bring with us, and quick to respond to our questions. We did bring with us an extra folding table to enjoy the living area more fully, but the bar area of the kitchenette was a good size to accommodate. While the bathroom is small, that wasn't too much of an issue for our stay. We came to Confluence during the off season, so things did feel less busy in town and there may be less produce on the shelves, but the river and the trail beside it was quite tranquil during the last fall season. It's location near FallingWater was the draw, and FallingWater is a must visit if you're in this area. Overall, really good stay for anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Owner knew there was No heat Friday night when she left. Home was 62. ( owner left a tower heater for hole space). They were out of propane. It took till Sat when owner returned to get tank filled and have heat. Owner offered a partial refund then changed her mind when we set temp at 67 when leaving and then accused me as being spiteful and refused to keep her word.

Loved being next to the river and watching the ospreys and kingfishers flying around. Owners provided bag chairs which we used to sit next to the river. Rode straight from unit to the bike trail - 2 minutes away. Nice Keurig coffee machine and well stocked coffee/tea. We have cats and all the friendly cats made us feel at home.

We loved the location! So much beauty all around. It is close to the river and a few minute drive to the lake. Also, Ohiopyle is only about 20 minutes away. The bungalow was neat and clean and it was just right for two people. The bed was really comfortable. And best of all I loved the visits from the kitties.

We loved the location and the owner was very helpful and quick to answer questions. One thing that I would suggest is at least 1 comfortable place to relax inside. We enjoyed our stay though - we spent a good bit of time outside on the porch.

We loved the property, however we did not realize that there wasn't a cook stove. That might have been an oversight on our part. The location was perfect for us to enjoy nearby Ohiopyle State Park. Its perfect for any cycleist who wants to enjoy the Great Allegheny Passage bike path. During our stay we had a storm come through that took out our power. Our host was very responsive to our questions and needs. We absolutley loved the area and would return again to this place

This was a very cozy little place that was clean and well kept. I recommend bringing a space heater during colder months since the owner shares a thermostat with the rented space. This way you can have extra heat without messing with the temperature for everyone. The location was wonderful, right in front of the river. I didn’t realize this is a seasonal town though, so everything pretty much around it was closed. If you just come for the nature though you’ll have a good time hiking and spending time in peaceful nature scenes.

Brandy was super responsive and kind enough to let us check in early so that we could enjoy an extra afternoon on the GAP trail. Awesome riverfront property and easy drive to Ohiopyle. It was overall a great stay. The river and bridges right outside your door with a nice area along the river to walk our pup. Less than 20 minutes from ohiopyle it was nice to have an affordable stay after a long day. The only negative was the furniture in the living room area was not comfortable. Everything else was cozy and clean.
