Stayed Oct 3, 2025We were disappointed with the cleaning of the home. Our little 10 month has filthy knees and feet when crawling, however the property managers did get the cleaners in and the floors were nice and clean after that.We stayed for 5 days and there was not enough rubbish bags, and the body wash and hair shampoo and conditioner only lasted a day.The location was great, close to the shops and walking distance to the beach.The house has plenty of space, activites and spacious rooms. Great accomodation for a large group of people.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Suited our family holiday which was a birthday celebration. Everyone had a bit of space to relax and also to come together for meals and games. We used the bbq every day, the ovens and cooktops as well. The extra fridge at the bbq and in the game’s room were a bonus with so many people staying. Everyone loved the cinema room too. Close to all the restaurants in Broadbeach, pacific fair and the casino. The coffee shop almost next door was fabulous too. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Mar 18, 2020The house is beautiful, plenty to do with the pool, pool table and movie room. I really wanted to love this house however the beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. The bins in the garage were overflowing with rotten rubbish and the garage floor was crawling with maggots.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The place really suited our large group. All the facilities were as we expected, or even better.I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place. Also the coffee shop within 100m made the location just perfect!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Absolutely loved this place, open, spacious, great views and has everything you need for a great family holiday, was very comfortable for our 4 Families plus extras, We had 9 adults & 5 kids, games room & media room allow for great variety of entertainment for all ages, enjoyed fishing off beach at back yard catching bream flathead & even a couple of huge mudcrab! Out door bar Fridge & Extra Full size Fridge in Games room made it easy to fit all food & drink requirements in! Will come back again for sure! (only minor thing missing was no sink in outside bbq area) PERFECT PLACE :)
