Stayed Jul 16, 2025We had 7 adults and 2 children. The place worked perfectly for parking, deck sitting, meal cooking, bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved the view, enjoyed the trains and had lots of deer and rabbits to watch. We sat on the deck and watched the sunrise most mornings. Some of us used the hot tub and felt it was clean and easy to use. Many of us walked down town and back up without a problem. Communication was great.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025The home was great. I will note there are window units in two of the bedrooms but the rest of the house is not air conditioned. It got hot in the basement but otherwise was a great place!

Stayed Jun 18, 2025We rented this wonderful 5 bedroom house for family coming to Livingston for my son's wedding. The house was cozy and it had breathtaking views of the mountains. It's located very close to downtown Livingston. It has a hot tub that I'm told was fabulous (I was too busy to use it) and a big laundry room which we used several times. It had everything we needed to relax. We'll definitely stay here again! -Dave O

Stayed May 28, 2025Enjoyed our stay in this lovely home in Livingston! It easily accomodated our group of nine adults. Questions and a simple maintenance issue that came up were quickly responded too and resolved! I was impressed with how clean the home was kept, the abundance of towels available, and how well stocked the kitchen was with basic supplies! Thanks Again!

Stayed Jun 15, 2024Location is as described however the hill that it sits upon is a bit understated. Vehicles are fine, but motorcycles be leery - must be confident in your skills. The property owner was very responsive and attentive to our needs. The property is beautiful and can accommodate a large group with sleeping arrangements however the entertainment area would be a little tight for 10-12 people. Extra sitting is available in storage areas. One of the bedrooms downstairs does have noisy water lines, so if any of your party is a light sleeper that bedroom would be problematic. You could walk downtown but it isn’t a quick jaunt - probably closer to 8-10 blocks. I would stay there again.
