Stayed Jul 16, 2025I stayed for a work conference that was held at The Highlands. It was extremely close, but offered a nice get away from the conference as well. The heated floors, beautiful kitchen and decor, and comfortable beds all made for a fantastic stay. I would highly recommend the house to anyone!

Stayed Jul 20, 2024We had a wonderful time. The house was very clean, check-in was a breeze. We did have a slight problem with the keypad, not working, I called the owners and they were able to do a remote unlock. We were only there for a couple days. Wish we could’ve stayed a little longer.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024The 8 of us (all adults/men & women) had a terrific stay at this property. It's perfectly located, comfortable, easily accessible, and plenty big for a group stay! This was one of the few available properties in the Harbor Springs area with Queen beds all around - a super perk! Please note that it is a rustic stay and could use some updating - for example: chair cushions were worn, towels were on the older/very used side, beds were a little wonky in structure - upon our arrival. We did experience ants in the kitchen, but this wasn't too big of a surprise given the summer climate. Overall, our group gave it a 7/10 - perfectly suitable for our stay Up North over the 4th! We would stay again. Thanks Mark and Cindy!
