Stayed Sep 5, 2025Cozy property and adequate for my husband and I for a long weekend. Clean, good location. Home equipped with all the basics. No A/C, and no hot tub. However, pet friendly and met all the needs for a short Sunriver visit.

Stayed Jul 9, 2025The space/ place was better than expected and nice location. It was very warm when we first got there but opening all the windows at night and keeping the blinds closed helped during the days of our stay. We used the 2 bikes extensively.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025This house is the perfect size for 2 couples in a quiet area of Sunriver. Easy to get around lots of bike and walking paths to take advantage of. Bend is only 15 minutes away and mt Bachelor is an easy drive.

Stayed Jul 28, 2024The house is in a great location. It is close to the bike trails, the North Store, and the Cottonwood Dog Park. The house was clean and well-equipped and located in a quiet neighborhood. Bennington Properties are super responsive to any inquiries or needs. There was a problem with one of the bikes, and a new cruiser was delivered within an hour. There is also reimbursement up to $250 in the summer for qualifying summer activities. The process was smooth and quick. I would happily stay here again and or rent from another Bennington Properties.

Stayed Jul 11, 2024We really enjoyed our stay in this home. Well-stocked for cooking, beautiful updated primary bathroom, private deck, great location, comfortable furniture, huge garage and close to the grocery store. We stayed cool with the fans despite it being 95 degrees. Bennington Properties was always available if we had questions about the home or activities in Sunriver. We had such a great time!

Stayed May 24, 2024Property is well maintained and well stocked. It was great to have bikes at the property but it would have been nice to have a bike lock to ensure the bikes were secure. Great property though, would stay again.

Stayed Feb 23, 2024I stayed for a weekend and it was perfect. Perfect size house for my fiancé and I and our pup. I’ve never stayed on that end of the sunriver resort but we were still able to enjoy a long bike ride on the bike paths. Great house, I’d stay there again. Thanks!
