Surprised how quiet it was. Close to restaurants and the university.

This property was exactly as described and the pictures are accurate. The host was quick to respond to any questions through email. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place. Charming. Great location.

We booked this property solely for the king bed, but it was in fact a queen bed. The A/C in the main portion of the home seemed to struggle so they had a portable A/C in the bedroom. This was quite loud. We did not sleep well at all. There was also someone's used press-on finger nails under the bed, among other things. Sorry to say, we did not enjoy our stay.

The entire check-in process was very well explained in detail, no issues what so ever... safe area and easy to get to... amenities were plentiful and we didn't have any problems during our stay, except the TV lost it's sound for a night but was back working the next day... the only minor negative was that the carpet was pretty dirty, but again, very minor... Check-out was well explained in detail as well, and I'm assuming we did everything correctly? Anyhow, excellent property for a few days visit in Auburn... THANK YOU!!!

The unit was in good condition. Although the picture shows a garage it is not available to renter. The no refund policy was O.K. with us, however we did not receive email with rules until the day before arrival. Rule 1. Reservation cannot be moved to a later date. Rule 2.Parking for 2 cars (one behind the other) in driveway. Rule 3. Upon check out load bed linen and towels in washing machine and start machine. Rule 4. Load and start dishwasher. (yes I can do this but why am I paying fees. Outside of this: Carpeting needs shampooing, no toaster, 4 dinner plates, 4 cake plates and 4 cups. (don't invite more than 4 people to dinner or dessert). On day 2 air conditioning broke down. Was told someone would be there. No show. Rest of stay had to open windows in order to sleep.

The location and amenities were perfect for a single parent 4-night stay for Camp War Eagle at Auburn U. Clean and well-maintained, and at a very reasonable rate. Would definitely seek it out again for future visits!

The location was very clean - very much what I was hoping for when booking the stay for my mother. It was close to Auburn, first floor, and very very much better than the available hotels in the area with regards to proximity and price. Highly recommend this property!

I was in town keeping my grandson. This property served my purpose well. It is in a gated complex with this particular unit being at the dead end culdesac making for a quiet location. The interior was very clean and nicely decorated and also with a comfortable bed. I would stay here again should the need arise!

Our stay was great, no issues with any of the check in process, property was clean etc.We only had two issues while staying here which were: the front door was a pain to unlock and open as it would get stuck and it would be hard to tell if it was still locked or unlocked and just stuck; also the dishwasher made the apartment smell really bad when we run it.Other than those two things, the stay was good and for a good price too.

Clean and has everything you need. Nice screened in porch. Great walking area behind property for dog.

The property was extremely clean, and in a great location. Our only issue was we were able to hear our upstairs neighbors every move and they stayed up very late both nights.

The property was GREAT! Myself and my fiancé stayed here just two nights. The neighbors were friendly, the location is great, and the location is very easy to get around Auburn. War Eagle!! 10/10 recommend.

Thank you for your place! It was perfect for our needs and our dogs enjoyed it too. It was perfect for our elderly poodle since it is ground floor entrance! We were there for a wedding celebration and it was nice coming back to clean and organized place with very comfy beds and furniture. Definately will stay there again!!!
