Come and enjoy the amazing mountain and lake views from this peaceful property. You can launch your kayak right from the back yard or use the nearby boat launch for your boat or Jet Skis.
Wind surfing is plentiful as we have no shortage of the "Wy breezes". Bring your mountain bikes, kayaks, hiking boots or just a good book to read while just sitting back and relaxing on the porch.

The MAIN HOUSE has 1 bed and 1 bath. There are stairs to a loft over the bedroom that could sleep at least 2 more. The bedroom has a Queen bed and a clothes bar to hang shirts, 3 shelves
plus a locker on each side of the bed for storage.
The GUEST HOUSE studio, only a few steps from the main home, has a queen bed, sofa sleeper, table and chairs, a dorm fridge and countertop with cabinets.
There is also a small room with composting toilet (Lovable Loo). There is electricity but no plumbing.
The LIVING ROOM in the MAIN HOUSE has a sectional couch, and a TV. There's no Cable TV service, but you can use the included Wi-Fi to stream your favorite shows using your Netflix or other streaming account.
There is NO Air Conditioning but the mild days, cool evenings and lake breezes keep the house quite comfortable. There is a ceiling fan and floor fans are available at the property.
The KITCHEN has a full size oven with a cook top, a full size fridge and small microwave. The place is well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, cookie sheets, cake pans. A coffee maker, hand mixer and blender (In case you want to make a Margarita:) are provided.
The BATHROOM has a shower only (no tub!), toilet, sink and washer/dryer. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.
Outdoor Gas grill, patio tables and chairs.
When you arrive, you'll drive down the .7 mile maintained gravel road. There's plenty of parking available next to the house for your Vehicles, Boat or Jet Ski trailers.
There is public land throughout the area. You can walk the shoreline of the lake. There are wild horses that are often across the road. Be careful, don't get too close.
They are beautiful but are wild and don't like it when you get too close.
You may occasionally see a fox, coyote, eagle, a variety of waterfowl and pronghorn (antelope).
Laramie is only 20 miles away. It has several grocery stores, restaurants, movie theaters, museums, a quaint downtown area with antique and thrift stores and so much more.
There are a lot of hiking and bicycling trails around Laramie and to the east near the Vedeawoo area and more to the west in the Medicine Bow mountains (ATV trails too).

Only a 30-minute drive to the historic town of Centennial, WY and the Snowy Range Scenic Byway where you might see a Moose or two. Stay on that road and then take a right on Hwy 130 to Saratoga where you can visit the Hot Springs, Brewery or a Restaurant.
Or take a left to Encampment for a tour at the museum or continue on Hwy 230 for more of the scenic drive.
