I have to say I had a very lovely stay. The property was VERY clean, VERY homely and meticulously looked after. The owner communicated well before and during my stay and was always on hand in case I needed help. There was a small hiccup with the power in the kitchen but that was sorted promptly . The AC in the living and master bedroom could do with some gas as the air wasn’t very cooling but I doubt the owner was aware of this. Overall I had a comfortable relaxing time and I would 100% recommend to family and friends .

My family and friends that stayed at Wynter's Escape enjoyed the experience. The place was clean and comfortable. More than sufficient utensils and kitchen appliances. The place is well kept and the communication was on-point. Definitely a repeat location the next time I am in the area. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Wonderful experience

I had an overall great experience when I stayed here. The rental was clean, cool & comfortable. The kitchen had appliances and dishes for use and the bathrooms had extra towels. Very few problems occurred including a black out and the hot water being off the second day of my stay however, management had that fixed by the next day & I was compensated for the inconvenience. The hosts contacted me each day to check in and were very responsive to questions such as “how do I keep the AC on?”. This listing is ideal for family and/or friends in a gated area for security purposes. The rental wasn’t too far from stores and etc. and there is a small shop mere feet from the community gate entrance which I purchased baking powder for cooking & bobby pins. I’d stay here again for sure! Thank you to all the staff and hosts that made my stay easy :)

WYNTER'S Escape was a perfect place to stay. It was beautifully decorated. There were drinks and welcome snacks upon arrival. The check in and check out was easy. The communication was excellent throughout my stay. I felt safe and at home. We went to Puerto Seco beach. The beach and pool was clean. The food was also good.

We arrived around 7 pm — after dark. I realized that precise directions could be challenging in the dark and they were. We were successful, thanks to nice Jamaicans happy to direct us. Check in anticipated with PIN code changed before we arrived since owner changed to pick up of keys at the guards station. Guard, very pleasant, forgot to alert us until we came back to guard station. We sorted out confusion and the rest of the stay worked well and was uneventful.

I'm happy to tell you how things went at Wynters’Escape. My stay was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the impeccable cleanliness that permeated every corner of the space. The modern aesthetic of the apartment is both stylish and cozy, creating a perfect ambiance for a comfortable stay. Wynters’Escape has truly created a home away from home, and the property management’s attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the accommodation. The decor is tastefully curated, and the amenities provided make you feel like you're in a luxury retreat. Alecia and Miss Lorna were very welcoming and accommodating Host. They went out of her way to make sure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. My questions or concerns I had been met with prompt and friendly replies, ensuring that I felt supported throughout my stay. The location of Wynters’s Escape place is nothing short of perfect. It's amazingly close to everywhere I wanted to go. Alecia was also very helpful with providing recommendations for things to do and see in the area. Overall, I had a great experience WyntersEscape, I can't recommend it highly enough. It's a great example of what a short term rental stay should be.

I booked this property to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Wynter’s Escape is a wonderful place. It exceeded my expectations!!!! The pictures do not do the place justice. Clean place with a modern chic look. The snacks and birthday decorations and treats were great. We found the property very easy with your detailed directions. We had a blast and definitely coming back soon. The complementary VIP access to Puerto Seco beach was the icing on the cake. We enjoyed our visit to the Puerto Seco, we didn’t have to wait in any lines with VIP access. We were greeted, armbanded and taken to our huts where we were served food at a discounted price. The host was very responsive and gave great suggestions on local attractions .The restaurant you recommended the food is delicious- We loved Bashment Vibes Kitchen and Sharkies Seafood – perhaps one of the best Seafood I’ve had. Oh and we love the Wynters Escape property too – the security was so warm and welcoming, the property was like a botanical garden with flowers and fresh mint at the back – and the bedrooms and backyard were so comfortable my husband didn’t want to leave. Thank you for having us! Overall AWESOME booking and will be returning when I go back to St Ann. If you want a cheaper alternative to the all-inclusive resorts, then I recommend Wynter’s Escape. It is a nice, clean and quiet gated community with access to Puerto Seco Beach package for free. The host, property managers and even the security were helpful
