Guest Access:

You will have access to a private garage attached to the home. A code will be provided to access the front door and the garage door. Guests will have access to the entire home, appliances, and amenities mentioned above. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit.

Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.



Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.



Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.

    Our stay was excellent. Communication with property management was top notch. The house is located a short walk from all the nightlife on Dixon Street. And all the shopping and restaurants in the Square. We were greeted with snacks and beverages. There is a superb restaurant down the street that has mini vegan and plant-based option. Arsaga mill district. There is also a superb Thai restaurant on the square. And a great vegan burger at Farrels. The house was clean and comfortable with everything that we needed. Even some essentials that we forgot. There was always parking available in front of the house and the garage was great for parking.

    Moms weekend!! We planned a mother daughter trip for the weekend. Our 4 daughters are freshman at Arkansas and we wanted to fit in some mother-daughter time before finals and the holidays.
