The host made sure we had everything we needed and even went out of his way to look for a misplaced necklace we thought we left behind. He even made sure we had fresh dark roast coffee beans.

This place was exactly as described! The host made really good use of the space, and it was very inviting with the warm colors and homey decorations. The kitchen was great, and fully stocked and the little soaps in the bathrooms were a nice treat from a local soap store. Easy walking distance to all the places in the listing and communication with the host was outstanding. I felt very safe and comfortable, and I would absolutely stay here again without a doubt, when I come back to Bend

Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful, clean, well-appointed, charming nest with us. We had a great time in Bend: MTN biking the trails at Phil's Trailhead, hiking the Tumalo Creek Trail to the Tumalo Falls, hiking/biking the Deschutes River Trail, and enjoying multiple breweries. Our dogs had fun, too!

Wrens nest was very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, plus walking distance or a short drive to restaurants. Although the house is small, the spaces have been maximized for utility and comfort. We loved having the house to come back to after each long day of hiking. Steve was easy to communicate with and instructions were clear. Highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Bend or hiking at Newberry Crater or Smith Rock state park.

From initial booking to check out the host Steve was quick to reply and very nice! The rental home itself could not have been more perfect! The location was easy walk to 3 main areas with food/shops and the home itself was stocked with anything you could need. It was cute, clean and comfortable and loved spending time relaxing on the outdoor patio/deck. Will definitely recommend to friends and stay om a future visit. Thank you Steve!

The property is well-kept quaint house in a historic neighborhood. Close to the river trail and plenty of restaurants and shops to spend an entire weekend and never get in a car (altho we did in order to explore the forest trails and lakes south of Bend). But when “home” we racked up the steps exploring town. The houses are fairly close together on that street so on Fri/Sat nights when the neighboring short term rental was filled we did have some rowdy or loud talking neighbors who woke us up. But no big deal and expected for where we were. There is also a train nearby but we only heard it once and not at night. Very clean property, small shady backyard perfect for taking a break for activity and enjoying the weather. The host was communicative and very nice to leave a birthday note and gift for my husband. Would definitely stay here again!
