We had a wonderful stay, check in was a breeze, location was wonderful, the beach was ideal and not very crowded. We had everything we needed and plenty of space! The beds were very comfortable and the place was clean. We would love to stay here again!

Overall a nice stay. Unit was undated nicely although balcony furniture was worn and rails needed painting. View was great. Convenient location

Too much lounge furniture on deck to use in good manner. No elevator.

Could be 5 stars with a little maintenance & refresh but it’s acceptable as is (just not 5 stars). Really nice location and layout. Whatever they use to launder has a scent, so if you’re sensitive to scents, you may need to rewash linens.

Don’t do it!!!! It almost midnight there were dirty towels all over both bathroom floors. There were no sheets on the bed, except for Paul of dirty sheets wired up on the king size bed. We couldn’t get a hold of anybody or even find clean sheets to Make the bed so we could stay. We ended up going to a hotel. Never stayed at this property. Messaged management and left a voicemail although she claimed to never have gotten any of the messages and voicemails we left. Finally got a hold of somebody after calling the next day and let her know we were at a hotel and the place hadn’t been cleaned since the last guests. they were supposed to give us a full refund, but three days later I’m still waiting. Next step civil lawsuit.

We had a beautiful stay on Merritt island. Beautiful, clean beaches. Friendly locals and wonderful restaurants.

Just as advertised, will stay again

It’s well maintained & clean. It’s an older property with an expected level of ware, but the inside is modern. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were nice subtle touches, like beach towels. The location was fantastic. Wi-Fi worked well. The paint on the outside steps and rail need work but they have restoration planned this spring.

Very comfortable accommodation, spacious enough for us. It had everything we needed, just felt the whole complex could do with a little TLC, very dated and over priced for what it is. Location is good, pool is nice.

The beds were amazing! The condo was clean. We had no issues during our stay. We would book this rental again.

The property is quiet and clean. Our view was amazing off the patio look out over the ocean. Property management is easy to contact and they respond quickly.
