This is a 5 bedroom, 2 bath home with 3 king beds, 1 queen, 4 full (bunk), and 2 twin (bunk), and an Amazing Game Room with pool table, shuffleboard, and over 3000 arcade games. Private Hot Tub. 12 miles from Downtown Flagstaff.

The Get Away was remodeled top to bottom, except kitchen sink (full kitchen actually). This home is about 15 minutes from downtown. Old Caves Crater Trailhead is just down the street and is a great hike where you can get several amazing pictures. On clear darknights it's easy to see millions of stars. The hot tub is a great place to relax, have a drink, and stare at those stars.

There is a view of San Francisco Peaks from the upstairs reading area which is a great spot for morning coffee.

Our neighborhood is just wonderful. We have full-time residents, families and retirees. Please understand that we have a no party or event policy. There is a strict quiet time set for 10pm - 6am with penalties if violated. Please respect this and our neighbors as this is part of what makes our neighborhood so great!

Snow...its Flagstaff, snow is always coming throughout the winter. We do have snow shovels available on the property but if a big storm comes through, we'll get someone out there to help you out of the driveway. Please be aware of the drain ditch just at the edge of the street just in case this is covered by the snow at your time of arrival.

HOT TUB:
Available hours are 6:00am - 10:00pm
- No glass may be used in hot tub
- Children must be constantly supervised while in hot tub
- Please be mindful of noise in this area as some neighbors sleep with windows open

As stated in the house rules, we do not allow parties at our home. Any guest found to be hosting a party will be evicted without prior warning and you will be charged a $500 fine for violating house rules. You will also not receive a refund for any days missed due to the party.

GAME ROOM:
Please, please, please DO NOT move any items that are in the game room. Anything found to be moved or adjusted will have a $500 fee charged. This includes any leveling of any games or tables. All items in this room are expensive and very heavy which can cause harm, therefore are not to be moved!
