WOW! Fully Updated Golf, Biking/Walking Trail Front, Townhome. Bike Storage.

The condo was great, and I so appreciate the extra space in the bedroom. There was actual space to store your luggage. The host provided exceptional service. The coffee pot didn't work. When I brought that to their attention, it was replaced within hours. That was impressive, and I would book this unit again the next time we go to Bella Vista.

Very well kept! Bed was a little uncomfortable and the downstairs toilet kept not wanting to flush and you had to mess with the system behind the toilet to get it to flush. Other than that, fanastic spot!

Two beds two baths but unless you want to climb 15 steep steps up to second bedroom I don’t recommend. Pool is not by property, it’s a good bit away from condo, and it was closed, and we were not notified of this. Sleeper sofa was broken down, and not usable, and no extra sheets even if it were. The cabinets in kitchen were not clean. Above and below need to be cleaned and wiped out. Trash receptacle was nearly full, had to borrow neighbors receptacle. Beautiful condo otherwise, but not a very relaxing setting. Especially due to the steep stairs and no pool. I would not recommend this condo for more than a single couple and be sure to ask if the pool is working.

This condo worked out very well for our family of 5. It was super clean and had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in (and I’m picky). The quality of the sheets and towels were top notch as well! I loved that they had fans in the bedrooms, as we forgot our boxed fans we usually travel with. The extra blankets they provided were so soft and great for covering up with when relaxing. The pool was great for our two younger kids. We only had to pay 8 for the kids to swim. Most places make the adults supervising the kids pay as well. We traveled to Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers and Bentonville a ton during our stay and the condo was a great distance for anywhere we wanted to visit. It seemed to be a quiet area. We saw very few people and never heard any noise from anyone but our own children. We also loved the covered parking garage right in front of the unit. The only things that we thought could be improved upon: the couch was not comfortable to sit on as a family for relaxing, which I think was due to it being a sleeper sofa.( It was sunken in.) The dishes were so nice that we were afraid to let our kids use them, so maybe some kid friendly options would be nice. The water pressure wasn’t great, so plan for longer showers. None of these things would keep us from coming back or keep me from giving this place 5 stars. It was really, really nice for the price we paid!

Girls weekend getaway to Bella Vista/ Bentonville. This condo was perfect for us - very clean, nice layout with bedrooms/bathrooms. Enjoyed sitting on the deck watching golfers, walkers and bikers. Perfect location. Highly Recommend!!

It was amazing! The beds, pillows, and sheets were some of the most comfortable we have ever had on a trip. It was very nice, quiet, and clean. Perfect if you want to work remotely and still be on vacation.

Absolutely one of the best stays I’ve experienced with VRBO. The condo was exactly as described and more… trails and a skills park adjacent to the property, amenities at the lake, even had bike maintenance supplies!

It is located right across the street from the golf course where we played in a weekend tournament. We easily walked to the clubhouse for an evening event which was great. The unit was lovely, had a nice clean smell to it, and the appliances appeared to be brand new. We will definitely try to stay there again if we return for a tournament.

Perfect location for bike in & bike out. Also including walking distance to golf greens & pickle ball. Close driving distance to downtown Bentonville. Lots of room for family of four to spread out. House was clean & has everything you need.

We enjoyed our stay. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. Will return again.

The condo was comfortable and an easy place to stay for access to biking. A short drive to Bentonville town square

It was perfect! So nicely decorated and very clean and comfortable. The beds are so comfortable too! We contacted the host because I could not figure out how to get the TV on (completely our stupidity) and the host responded right away! Great location/very quiet and safe.

We booked this house for a work trip and unfortunately our trip was delayed. Patrick was extremely kind regarding the situation and we will definitely be booking with him again!

This condo was the perfect retreat for our family of 5! There was plenty of room, the beds were comfy, and the condo matched the listing description to a T. The location was wonderful and close to several golf courses, trails, and swimming pools.

My wife and I stayed at this property while visiting family in Bella Vista. We were less than a 5 minute drive from my brother-in-law, which was important because he is seriously ill. The condo was clean, and furnished nicely. All of the updates had been tastefully done. The host was responsive the only time we had the occasion to contact him. We will stay at the property again, if it is available, when we visit Bella Vista.

management was very responsive, very clean condo with a great proximity to the the Back 40 mtb trails and to the community pool.

Off the beaten path but just. Easy access to highway and nice and quiet location.

The property was beautiful and clean. Very easy check-in process. Amenities close by. Will definitely be coming back whenever in the area!
