We had a wonderful stay! The property was exceptionally clean and very spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed but still peaceful. The balcony was a highlight, a great spot to enjoy the mornings and evenings. The host was excellent at communicating and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Absolutely loved this place. Great layout and spacious for our family and friends (4 adults and 3 kids aged 3-9)! The location is perfect. Super conveniently located to a shortcut to the beach too. Definitely would stay here again. Marisela was also a really great communicator and had great suggestions for the nearby area.

Great house, amazing view, Close to the beach, is home away from home, clean with all amenities, if it wasn't for work we would of stayed longer.

This home located in the Las Gaviotas community was perfect for us as first time visitors to Baja. The process to rent the house was super easy. The owner was extremely pleasant to explain all the details and rules of the home and premises. The home is conveniently located within the complex with adjacent parking. It was very clean beds were comfy the open concept kitchen dining living area was perfect for our family to enjoy together. area was clean towels.

Stayed here for a couple of nights for a nice quiet and restful getaway with my wife and three kids. The home was great, clean, open, and has wonderful ocean views. The kids all had bedrooms downstairs with the master bedroom on the main floor upstairs, so there was plenty of room for everyone. Communication was easy and the location is great. All of the security and staff at Las Gaviotas were friendly as well. My younger kids were bummed that the community hot tub was only for ages 15 and up, but Gaviotas HOA wants to keep the community quiet and relaxing for everyone, and I can appreciate that. There are good restaurants in close proximity as well, so we enjoyed going out to dinner every evening. Overall, we look forward to returning!

Visited family in Rosarito- proximity was great!! Las Gaviotas is a beautiful community near Puerto Nuevo which is a must. The beach access is fantastic. The home was beautiful and cozy. Marisella is a wonderful host and communication was great! Definitely will stay there again.

Property is excellent and will stay here again

Recently took our first trip to Las Gaviotas for a friends birthday and stayed at this beautiful home. Check in was easy, host was very helpful and accommodating, and the home seemed to have everything you could need. Although it's not beach front, the location was perfect for getting right down to the beach as there was a walkway directly through the homes across the street. The views from the home are amazing with panoramic views of the ocean from both the wrap around deck and inside the home. Looking forward to bringing my family back here again one day.

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Las Gaviotas at this prime location property! Very convenient to easily access the beach from the property with walking paths close by. The house was very clean and comfortable as well, with an awesome large deck overlooking the surf break. Large, comfortable living area and kitchen space as well. Good storage for surf boards too. Would definitely rent here again!

Beautiful home, great view, very clean, great location.

Our family of five joined 6 other families for this Baja adventure. Each family rented their own house and ours was one of the best. Super clean with plenty of space. The location is lined up perfectly to the path to the beach which was ideal for the beach activities and surfing that we did. Marisella’s communication and friendliness was awesome. I would definitely come back again to this house!

The unit was amazing. The owner was very responsive and was available to us if we needed anything. The unit had an amazing view and is well stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

Best part of this house is definitely it’s proximity to the beach. Nice appliances in the kitchen, including a dishwasher which some Gaviotas homes lack. Great living room with a comfy couch and nice TV. The beach chairs, tennis rackets, and surf rack were all great added amenities. 10/10
