We try to make your vacation as stress free as possible; we include all bed linens, pillows, comforter, kitchen supplies, pot, pans, dishes, and toiletries, (just bring your own towels).

Check-in dates are only Monday or Tuesday with a minimum of a 3-night stay., no weekend stays

ITEMS TO NOTE:
1) This beach house is meant for families

2) No parties or gatherings. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the agreed upon occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.

3) All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.

4) The thermostat is set between a range of 68 to 74 degrees.

5) Replacement cost for lost beach badges: $85 each.
