Stayed Oct 17, 2025Our stay was wonderful! We booked this updated, newer house blindly since it was our first time visiting Houston, and it turned out to be perfect. We attended a UH football game, and the location was ideal—close to downtown and the playing field. The home was clean, comfortable, and great for entertaining our family. The beds were cozy, and the bathrooms were a good size.The neighbors were friendly, and although the area lacks a bit of curb appeal when you first exit the highway, the neighborhood itself was peaceful and quiet. Eugene was a great host, and the value for this unit was excellent. Our only wish is that there were some outdoor patio furniture to enjoy the space even more.
