Clean, roomy townhome in a super quiet neighborhood.

My stay at this townhouse in Kanab was absolutely perfect! The property was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the clear and detailed instructions provided.What truly made this stay exceptional was the outstanding communication from the host. Sam was incredibly friendly, always available, and provided perfect instructions and great recommendations that made my trip even better. The hospitality went above and beyond, making me feel truly welcome.The location was also ideal—close to all the attractions in Kanab and a perfect home base for exploring the area. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be back!

We were 6 all over 60-80yrs. Townhouse was clean and close to fair, restaurants, and shopping. 3 bedrooms are upstairs. Master had extra plugs for c- pap machine. Quiet neighborhood. Sam was very responsive. Games , puzzles, and books available. Will visit again.

This was a perfect spot for our family to relax and recharge after a day in Zion. Kanab was also a fun town to explore and visit. I would definitely recommend this location!

This was a very nice townhouse, well stocked and clean. Property manager was great and communicated well. There was a slight confusion on the property pool and exercise room. Use is not allowed for “short term” folks. Somewhat confusing as other short term rental companies say they allow use of these facilities. Not a real big deal. Just could have been more clear. Great place, nice and clean. We would stay again.

This place is a bit run down but the beds upstairs were comfortable. The couch beds in the living room weren’t great. They fold down but they are were hard and there is a divot where the cushions meet that my kids found quite uncomfortable. It was ok for younger kids but adults would not want to be sleeping on those. We also had an issue with a lot of pet hair in the couches and on the master headboard. This place has a no pet policy so I assume a previous renter had not followed the rules. I won’t fault the owner for that but it did need to be better cleaned.

We loved staying in Kanab. This condo was a great place to go back to after all of our adventures!

Sam's condo was in a great location, and super clean. I was greatful to find a dog friendly place after a long day of hiking. I will be definitely requesting Sam's condo with my next Utah trip. Monika
