The place was clean, nice, strict management which likely keeps it that way, and responsive to any needs or concerns we had. Location is excellent - walking distance to the beach and local coffee shop, easy drive to multiple resort locations.

The lamp in the upper bathroom is fixed with tape, and sometimes it came off, and then we had to push it back in.We had a hard time finding the place, since the address on Maps led us to the wrong place. Lost 30 minutes finding.Access to the hot tub first was not obvious. Also, it was not clear from the beginning that the whole clubhouse was closed on Holidays.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This small condo works well for two people or a family with two small kids. Parking is down a somewhat steep path from the parking area and with the bedroom upstairs, it's not suitable for those with mobility issues. The kitchen and floors have been nicely redone since the original construction. the kitchen is nicely supplied with dishware and cookware. The bed was very comfortable however there was only one dim floor lamp in bedroom area so reading in bed was not possible. Two of the lamps burned out during our stay but were quickly repaired. We had no cell reception in the condo area but connecting our phones to the wi-fi helped when we were inside the condo. Buy ice when you shop since there is no icemaker or ice cube trays. The tv has cable but no instructions are given for which of the four remotes to use. Use the smallest remote and find the Spectrum cable icon on the screen display.

We had a good time as the unit met all our needs. Bed was comfy, we enjoyed the little deck, it’s close to the lake, beach and pool. We’ve stayed in the complex before and this unit was nicer. We’d probably stay again.

Our unit was changed at the last minute due to plumbing issues near original unit. This unit was called an upgrade but it didn’t seem better than the unit we secured originally. The entire unit smelled moldy but it was clean so we dealt with it. We opened the patio door to get fresh air in daytime and it helped. The towels smelled like wet dog (gross) and the shower knobs were very hard to adjust. Overall, it was fine for the little time we spent in unit. The location was central to everything and we enjoyed north Tahoe immensely!

The property was older but clean and well stocked kitchen, it’s in a very peaceful environment and close to the beach. The upstairs sink was a little rusty. But overall a comfortable place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the townhome is comfy and in a quiet location and was perfect for our 6 day stay. The kitchen is nicely outfitted to cook meals. The little balcony is nice to sit out amongst the trees and enjoy a morning coffee and afternoon glass of wine (I would suggest some better wine glasses and larger coffee mugs 😆). Bath Towels were scarce, literally 1 per person (up to 4 ppl). Having a W/D was great - so we could wash as needed - especially towels. A few maintenance items were noticed, but didn’t affect our stay. For summer visitors it would have been nice to have pool towels provided and maybe some plastic glasses to enjoy a beverage by the pool. I get that a lot of guests might be driving in and can pack to accommodate, but we flew in from out of town.
