Our FFA group could spread out, plenty of space and beds. Thanks for the refreshments and snacks! It's an old house - so it creaks and makes noise when you walk around. Furniture is limited for the size group we had. not enough chairs for a group of 18 to eat at the same time.

The building is awesome and the kitchen was a wonder to cook in with its shockingly modwrn finish.

We rented this home for our wedding and were able to house our whole wedding party. The house is spacious and beautiful and in a great neighborhood BUT there were some issues. Mainly the house was noticeably unclean. We did ask for an hour earlier check in time BUT Level of uncleanliness would not have been solved with an additional hour of cleaning. Our feet were black from walking barefoot on the dusty dirty floors. There were softball sized dust bunnies in corners and on the main stairs and cobwebs in all of the windows. The bathrooms were clean and the bedding seemed to be washed. We also found items left from previous guests such as bread in our dresser, an urn with ashes in it in a window sill of one of the bedrooms, a fake axe, and coins all over the house to name of few. There also were no hand towels or soap in the bathrooms (we bought and left some hand soap behind). Or enough bath towels in general for the advertised amount of people in the house. This is a beautiful house but there needs to be more attention to cleaning. I also would not stay here with a small group, it fully gives a haunted vibe.

This house was amazing! Old and beautiful. The porch was so nice to sit and listen to the fountain. The street was all historic. Lots of room for parking and gathering inside. House is still a work in progress when we stayed but it’s coming together nicely. I would stay again hands down.
