Great house, lovely spot - had a wonderful week!

This home was nice for 4 adults and 4 children, ages 6-74. When you come in the front door the master bedroom is to the right. Go up a flight of stairs & there is the kitchen and living room both with decks. The next few stairs lead you to the bunkbed room with double bed. This room has a bathroom. Another bathroom on the way up the next few stairs. Landing area is loft area and looks over the living room. To the right is another bedroom with A frame roof. Next few stairs up is the twin bedroom. Was hoping my mom (74) would be able to be in the twin room but too many stairs and too far up for her. The bedroom with A frame roof is difficult to sit up and read in. We kept hitting our heads when sitting on the bed and getting up in the night. Very nice location- very quiet street. Near the pool with the slide. Very relaxing on both decks. Ate most dinners outside. AC was very good and kept us all cool. Kitchen very well supplied with cooking essentials and few spices, sugar, coffee, etc. Probably pay it forward items but were there when we were there. Overall, a very nice stay and worked for all our family members.

The house was beautiful and the amenities were so nice! It is fully stocked with everything that you need. The only issue we had was that there was a hole in the master bathroom wall that was there before us. But everything else was great! It was my daughters wedding and it was a perfect spot for all of us to spend time together.

The property was great for our group with plenty of room for everyone and a hot tub!

Close to main pool! But the Tree House had just too many stairs. Put the young ones on the 6th floor!

I grew up vacationing in Central Oregon as a kid, and this stay at Black Butte brought me right back to those nostalgic, wonderful memories. We spent our days biking, swimming, exploring, and the house was the perfect place to come back to rest and recharge. The location was also really great - close enough for us to bike to three of the pools, which we all loved. The house itself was exceptionally comfortable and clean, with thoughtful details throughout (the selection of games was a particularly nice touch!). While we didn't use the triple bunk beds this trip, our kids are already making plans to go back for a sleepover. We would highly recommend this house and look forward to visiting again!

We stayed in this home for five nights (I wish it was longer!) and it exceeded our expectations. We were two families with 3 adults and 4 children, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room were all updated, and the home was well stocked with all of the essentials! The hot tub was clean and a perfect temperature, and each room had its own a/c unit so we stayed comfortable in the heat. We would definitely recommend this home for those traveling to Black Butte Ranch!

This wonderful multi-level house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of space for everyone, it was extremely clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. An outdoor/indoor pool is a close walk or bike, or just relax in the hot tub on the patio! Our kids loved the three story bunk bed, and there were games, books, and other amenities to keep everyone entertained! We also enjoyed exploring the multiple pools, golf courses, bike trails, and pickleball courts. We'll certainly be back soon to enjoy everything this house and Black Butte has to offer!

We spent a long weekend here with another family. The house has so many levels you get your own privacy. The kids loved the triple bunk room. Lots of kitchen gadgets, they even had a handheld milk frother, I was impressed! If your kids like basketball don’t forget one, there is a hoop in the driveway our kids enjoyed. The pools were great. Can’t wait to come back.

I spent the weekend in this fabulous house for a work retreat. It was the perfect setting for a group of colleagues with ample work space, social space, and private space. The back deck and hot tub were fantastic for morning coffee chats and an evening in the hot tub to debrief about the day. I want to bring my family and friends back here soon and am already planning a girls' weekend retreat for me and 7 of my friends! I would highly recommend staying here.
