This is truly one of the best places to stay in the Ozarks! This was my second time visiting with a group, and we enjoyed every single minute of our stay. The home offers breathtaking views, along with a fantastic pool and jacuzzi that made the experience even more relaxing and memorable. We’re already looking forward to coming back again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We had an incredible 5-night Spring Break stay at Woodland Point. The amenities were absolutely perfect for our family! Our 11-year-old sons were entertained the entire time between the pool, the hot tub, and the video games, which were a massive hit. We also spent a lot of time on the dock and even caught some fish right there at the property.We also rented the boat, which was a great addition to the trip and made getting out on the water so easy. While it was great for the four of us, the house is very spacious and would have easily been comfortable for a much larger group. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly set up for a relaxing Lake of the Ozarks getaway. We highly recommend it for any family or group looking for a spot with plenty of room and great entertainment!

Amazing home!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house was in great condition and very clean. The house lay out is great, there is a small bar/kitchen on the bottom floor which was great. All the beds were good quality and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. There were a ton of games to play which was a lot of fun. The views from the house over the lake were outstanding. The dock was easy to fish from and we used the kayaks provided as well. I would definitely recommend staying at this house.

Incredible house! We had more than enough room for two families with 7 kids total. Could have easily fit another couple and 5 more kids (at least). Saturday was a rainout for us, but the house has so many fun amenities that it didn’t matter one bit. Ping pong, pool table, video games galore. We plan to come back as often as possible.

We stayed at Woodland for our churches ladies retreat, and we LOVED this home! The cozy living area with the fireplace was very relaxing, and the extra touch of throw blankets for our winter stay was so nice! We loved all the windows with the beautiful lake view, and the very spacious kitchen with the large island for cooking. The host was very accommodating and heated the pool for our stay, and provided quick responses to messages.

This stay was an absolute standout, with an absolutely fantastic bedroom view that made every morning magical and a must-try for scenic lovers. The rooms are incredibly spacious, perfect for large party groups, and stocked with a ton of games to keep everyone entertained and chilling out for hours. Highly recommended for those craving stunning views, ample space, and fun amenities that turn a getaway into unforgettable group memories.

Very spacious and well maintained. Beautiful view of the lake. We entertained numerous family members (some were local residents) throughout our visit. They really seemed to enjoy the property. The pool table and arcade games were a big hit with everyone. The kitchen was well equipped for a large group. Two ovens and two dishwashers. The entrance driveway was a bit intimidating at first with the double switch back and steep grade. But it was wide and relatively easy to navigate once you gave it a try. Our property manager, Anthony Schoen, was outstanding. He was extremely responsive, taking care of all requests promptly. Moreover, he continually emphasized that he was available to assist should we have any problems at all.

We planned a family Christmas gathering at the Lake of the Ozarks because we are former residents and love it!! The house was perfect even decorated for the holidays!! Clean, equipped with everything we needed and more, games of every kind, kitchen supplies, cookware, etc. We were blessed with beautiful weather. Everyone loved our time together and all said the house was perfect!! Also the views!! THANKS to our very attentive host, Anthony. We were not ready to leave. We would definitely rent from you again!!!

Great house, great view! Very clean and welcoming. Even with it being December and cold outside, there was no lack of fun activities inside!

The communication with Anthony was great! We loved the main level, the kitchen was amazing and loved how open it was! Nice and clean! Lots of fun games for tons of family fun! Beautiful home! Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home on Lake of the Ozarks. We used the pool, the hot tub, and the fireplaces, and we did some fishing off the dock. The games were top notch, and my kids did not say they were bored the entire trip! You will love this place!

Beautiful location, the house is well maintained, the owner responsive and friendly, and has put effort into creating different living spaces in the house…inside and out, for views, relaxing or entertaining…the game room is also well equipped and is a great place to gather.

Great house in a beautiful location! The house is a great layout for entertaining and hanging out, the downstairs is set up with a bar, kitchen, TV, living area pool table and games. Too cold to swim, but had a hot tub that was a -lus!! The owner was very accommodating, and you can tell the home was set up the for a great experience. We enjoyed our stay very much and wil be back!

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was spotless and beautifully maintained. It offered plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably, and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed — such a nice touch! A superb experience in every respect. It’s an incredible property and it’s even larger than it looks with the tall ceilings. The layoff is fantastic and the property is especially unique as almost every room feels like a veranda 4th deck view of the water. The Master Bedroom and en-suite is amazing and opens up to an outdoor large hot tub overlooking the lake & cove. Started every day with a 30 minute kayak, laps in the private pool, & hot tub. How great is that? And Anthony’s service matched his property quality. Detailed info on everything we needed to know beforehand, immediate response to any issue. And what was totally over the top: we mentioned we use a couple of air mattresses which we couldn’t find. His mom went to the store and picked out 5 of them delivered THAT morning!! Thanks mom!! This home was the best place we've stayed at the lake! The view is amazing from the entire upper level, the upper deck, the pool and the dock! Kitchen space and amenities are great with everything you need - plenty of room for large family dinners. All reported super comfortable beds. The overall space is great for multiple activities, and the kids and adults alike had a blast with the cool electronic games - it is like a mini-arcade! Everything about this home is spacious and comfortable. Had a great time in the water - the pool was great day and night with plenty of chairs to hang out. We had great days on the lake, too, using their Maui matt and the kayaks. We didn't use the fireplaces (3) but imagine they would be gorgeous when the weather calls. Can't think of a single detractor. There are numerous steps but not a problem for our group. Driveway is steep but wide and all navigated it with no issues. It accommodated all of our parking with room to spare (5 vehicles). Thank you to our amazing hosts!

The entertainment options both outside and inside were excellent and plentiful. We were never bored.The host was always very responsive with any questions or comments we had.Next time we head down to the Ozarks, we would definitely stay here again.

I have been renting from Anthony for10 years at more than one of his properties. My family has been more than impressed with every aspect of our stay. From his communication leading up to, during and after, to the continual year over year investments and improvements to his properties, he is a 5-Star owner. I would highly recommend renting from him. Let me state it simply. The week we go every year was taken for 2026. Since our parents have passed, it is now me and my three older sisters, children and grandchildren. When we started considering alternative houses my eldest sister said it best “we do not want to rent from anyone but Anthony”.

The house was perfect. Access to a pool, dock, lily pad and boat provided entertainment for all. Owner is great with info and communications.

We had three sisters and their families staying for the week. We enjoyed the property with the pool, hot tub, game room, large kitchen and lake access. This property was able to accommodate our large family well. We did have a few issues which were addressed immediately by Anthony.

This home was in a beautiful location of Lake of the Ozarks, with gorgeous sunsets, and inviting lake views. The amenities were many, and our family especially enjoyed the numerous arcade-style games, the covered dock, the pool and hot tub, the furnished balconies, and the spacious accommodations. The host was very responsive. We would return in the future.

Everything about this place was amazing, from the owner to the views, location; all of it perfect. We had a family of 14 ranging from ages 7 months to 84 years old and never felt on top of one another, plenty of room, as well as many different things to do. We never got back in our car the entire trip as everything we needed was there at the house or on the water. I felt like we had the best spot in the ozarks.

We had family of all ages staying together and there was something for everyone here! The house was roomy and well stocked with fun entertainment. But the water was our favorite! From the great pool with an awesome view of the lake, to a very nice dock that made swimming, kayaking, jet skis, and boat access easy for all day entertainment—we had everything we needed!

We had an amazing stay at this house. The host was amazing to work with. Answered questions promptly. The pool and the dock and boat rental were top notch. We will definitely be back next summer.

When we saw this house I was in awe!!! When i found enough family and friends to stay for the week I was even more excited . We do a beach vacation every year and my kids wanted to switch it up . This house was everything and more. We had 15 people stay from age range from 7-61 no one was bored . From the games to the lake and pool and we also rented a boat we used around to get to lunch and dinner . The location was amazing a quick boat ride to Margaritaville and the Cave and so many other places . My kids are already asking to go back next year or to one of Anthony’s other houses . Thank you Anthony for being so responsive and for such a an amazing vacation we will never forget . We will be back again .

Our second time staying here. It is a wonderful property. Anthony was very helpful and got back to us promptly whenever we had a question.We rented the Tri-toon that was available, and it was fantastic!

We had a great stay at the rental house on Lake of the Ozarks! Our group ranged from ages 10 to 71, and everyone found something to enjoy. The arcade games provided endless entertainment for the kids and adults. Everyone enjoyed the pool as well as fishing off the dock. There were plenty of opportunities to catch some local fish. Although we had a couple of minor issues during our stay, the management was very responsive and resolved everything quickly. The views from the house were beautiful, and it’s location made it easy to explore the area. The only downside was the number of stairs, which were a challenge for my dad, but overall, it was a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this place for family fun at the lake!

Our class had so much fun here. There was so much to do and we didn’t have to be packed together there was plenty of room!

This house was amazing. We had 12 people staying for a combined bachelor/bachelorette party. There was plenty of space and tons to do. This house has everything from a pool table to a ping pong cover to golden tee to a pool with inner tubes and so much more. The kitchen was very well stocked - there wasn’t anything I couldn’t find. The strip was only about a 15 minute drive. On top of all of that, the house even has a boat you can rent out. Anthony was extremely communicative the entire time which was another plus. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was amazing! 10/10 would stay here again and would recommend to anyone. We had a combo bachelor/bachelorette party here and it was perfect and amazing. We had a blast!

We enjoyed an AWESOME little get-away with friends. The property was clean & well stocked for home prepared meals. We enjoyed the property pool/hot tub & games for all ages. Ample supply of towels & washer/dryers made for limited packing needs. The property is located close to Osage Bech which allowed us to enjoy other activities & close proximity to restaurants when we didn’t feel like cooking. Seamless check in/out process.This property comes highly recommended by our entire group!

Our family had a great time for a week at the Woodland home. Our host Anthony answered all our questions and was very helpful.There was enough things to do with our adult kids and 9 grandchildren we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, they kayaked, fished, and also watched a lot of fishermen fished out around the pier.Inside, we all played ping pong and lots of arcade games, and watched the final 4 basketball on the big tv, and enjoyed the Infinity table, games for all ages. We had plenty of room for our family of 17 with a big kitchen that you could eat inside or outside, right off the kitchen area. Also, there were plenty of bedrooms, with one being a bunk room for the cousins, they loved being together!The house was close to a lot of things for us to do, caves, go-carting, miniature golfing, trampoline place, boat tour on the lake, and parks to walk.Woodland was a great place for our family to enjoy while being together.

The driveway was quite steep but we got used to it quickly. There is a lovely wow factor when you open the front door: Windows over look the lake and the house is massive!We had varied weather while we there but we were able to use many of the amenities for a short time: the pool, the kayak, the dock for fishing. All The Games. (one day the kids didn't get out of there pjs because they were too busy playing games)Beds were comfy, kitchen was large and well stocked. Anthony responds very quickly with any question or concern. Our family of 12 had a great time here!

My family and I had a great time staying at this property! From the heated pool and arcade games to the billiard / ping pong table and hot tub, we barely left the house all weekend. It has plenty of space to spread out while also providing great areas for cozy family time. With windows along the entire back side of the house, the view of the lake is amazing. I had a hard time looking away! :)

This property was fabulous - we have a blended family of 6 and there was something for everyone! We had a bit of a weather day Friday but the house is so well equipped that the kids had a blast anyway. We would stay again & highly recommend this property & the owner.

We had an excellent trip. The house had lots of space, games and amenities. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would ever need. The 3 refrigerators allowed for plenty of food storage. The house is also close to the fine dining restaurants on the Bagnall strip. The driveway was a little challenging, but the host Anthony and his exterior maintenance man John were immediately there to assist with any issue we had. The hot tub was well maintained with a relaxing view of the lake. Our friends and family really enjoyed this home. Thanks for everything ANTHONY.

This house is outstanding. When you walk in to that gorgeous lake view you feel instantly at peace! We rented the house for a retreat and it had the most gorgeous lighting throughout for photos and all of our guests loved their beds. It also had this awesome stereo throughout the whole house. We loved listening to music everywhere. Owner was great to work with and I’d come back in a heartbeat!

This is a great home with a wide view of the lake. I really don't think it could get any better. The home was very clean with comfortable furniture. We had not one but two great kitchens to prepare our meals for our group. Everyone in our group loved the comfortable beds. We spent most of our time enjoying the large arrange of arcade games and playing pool. Anthony is the best in answering questions in a timely manner. This home is a 10 plus!!

This was my best booking experience so far! My husband and I took our 3 children, my parents and my niece as part of a christmas gift. The house was stunning, enormous and provided entertainment for everyone the whole week. Anthony was very quick to respond anytime we reached out! Will absolutely be returning!

Our book club needed a spot for a weekend reading retreat in January and this house was absolutely perfect. Cozy and beautiful, and very comfortable. Plenty of space, well stocked kitchen, and so many comfy spots to sit and read or chat. The hot tub was perfect, and we all would love to come back when we could enjoy the pool and outside spaces. Will definitely book again!

This house was a great rental choice. The moment I stepped in the door, I knew it was going to be a great time! We have rented 17 VRBO‘s to date, and this one is by far our favorite. Once a year, we rent a home for both our children, their spouses, and our five granddaughters, to meet up and hang out. We had ample room here, never feeling crowded or cramped. All the adults had a king bed. The master suite mattress was wonderful! I could’ve stayed in it all day! The kitchen was the most stocked kitchen I’ve had in a VRBO. We needed a blender for Oreo shakes and a crockpot for soup, and it had both, along with every imaginable utensil you could possibly need. The most fantastic thing was a built in ice machine. I’m spoiled! The grandkids loved all the choices of video/electronic games. The infinity game table was great! At one time, there were 11 of us sitting around it playing trivial pursuit. My husband and the guys were thrilled with the hunting and golf games. My husband, kids, and son-in-law, went fishing every day on the dock. Perhaps the best perk of all was a hot tub! Who doesn’t love a hot tub? I really can’t think of one negative about the place, and believe me, I am very critical. I would definitely book this again! In fact, I’m planning on it! We recently stayed at this wonderful house - aka per our kids, the mansion, during the summer, and we couldn't wait to return for our holiday break to surprise the kids again! This house is perfect for families, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. Our kids (and us adults) absolutely love the variety of games available, which keeps them entertained for hours.The comfort of the home makes it feel like our own, and the layout provides ample room for both family time and personal space. Whether we were lounging in the cozy living areas, enjoying meals together, jamming to tunes on the Sonos syatem, or playing games, every moment felt special. We are so grateful for the chance to create lasting memories here, and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic family getaway. We had a wonderful weekend celebrating with friends. Anthony was great at communicating and the house and all the amenities were awesome. There was something for everyone!

The property was very spacious and had plenty to do on-site from fishing, kayaking (although it was too cold while we were there), to the games in the downstairs area. It was a fairly quick drive to grocery and restaurants should you want to head out, but the immediate neighborhood was also great for taking walks. The property does show some wear in places and could use some more seating in the dining area, but it was more than enough space overall for our entire family (some staying overnight at another property) to get together for our Thanksgiving meal and to spend time playing games and just hanging out together. Our kids (and even my Father) especially loved the electronic game table upstairs and the adults loved that the kids were pretty well entertained on their own.

The house was beautiful! The kids loved all the games and activities! We stayed in November, so the hot tub was a nightly activity. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some! We would love to stay again in the future!

We had a family get together and it could not have been better! House is spacious for a big gathering of 13, bedrooms huge and view is amazing. With 4 teens, the video games, multiple bunk beds and swimming pool were a hit. Can’t say enough about the overall experience. Thank you Anthony for a memorable and flawless experience!

What a great property to stay at, within close proximity to anything that would like to drive too. With this property there is no need to worry about leaving when you have the lake/dock on the property with a pool & hot tub, a plethora of games to play as much as one wants. We booked this home as a last minute vacation because our FL vacation got canceled due to the hurricane. Never have I ever been so thankful for a canceled vacation because this was better than we ever expected! The home was absolutely gorgeous and has so much to offer. From the moment we walked in the front door, we were in complete awe! The rooms are big and spacious, the beds are so comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook, there's plenty of entertainment on the lower floor with arcade games, a pool table/ping pong table, screened in patio with more games! The dock is amazing and we spent the majority of our week fishing, playing on the lake mat and kayaks that were provided. The pool was perfect and so relaxing! The hot tub was a dream with the spectacular view! The host is extremely accommodating and quick to respond. He works hard to make sure everything is perfect for your stay! We loved it so much, we already booked our trip for next year! This was a perfect vacation spot for our family and we can't wait to come back!

Great location, house was gorgeous and plenty to do. Everyone had a blast. You cant beat the sunset at this location, best we have ever seen. Pay the extra money to heat the pool, definitely worth it. The dryer downstairs takes along time to dry but thankfully there is a washer and dryer upstairs too so no biggy. The couch recliner near the tv is about ready to go out and I read this on another persons comment. The couch is so comfy though and the recliner works just a little sideways. The kids were super stoked to play the hunting game but it doesn't work properly, the guns worked sporadically. That should be an easy fix for the owners. The carpets have some stains throughout, its a rental so I get it. Maybe a cleaning in the near future. The propane tanks were empty on the grill and black stone. My husband found a tank in the garage and swapped it out. We used the grill once and it worked great. Dock fishing was a blast and the kids loved the canoes. I would hate to scare anyone away with my comments, these are simple things to fix and the house is worth it to rent. It has been our favorite VRBO rental and we travel a lot.

And so easy to use and control. - Anthony was very quick to respond to all messages/Questions and provided great detailed information about check-in and checkout process, along with details about the house. - The driveway was very steep, But we were prepared and aware since Anthony explained the set up of the home, including the driveway before our stay. I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone for multiple reasons! So glad I found this location and was able to enjoy the home and everything it had to offer. We have been renting from this property owner for multiple years at 2 different properties. He has always been extremely communicative and responsive. Each year we go back, there is something new and improved. When anything has been amiss during our stay, it was quickly remedied. I highly recommend renting from this property owner.

The pictures do not do this property any justice. It is seriously a WOW from the moment you open the door. Everything is done well and very well thought of. Never did we dream this is what Lake of The Ozarks is about. We had 7 adults and 2 children. Beds were comfy and the Sonos speakers inside and out were mind blowing. We brought our own pontoon and found that the lake was less busy than expected, which was awesome. Walking to the dock early in the morning to fish or going in the pool to swim was what we hoped for and this place did not disappoint. Anthony answered questions in a timely manner. I honestly can go on and on about this beautiful place. And it is mentioned that the driveway is steep so you know that from the get go.
