Wooded Retreat w/ Deck: 4 Mi to Downtown Flagstaff

Love the decor. Automatic ice maker great for this time of year. Nice to have garage. Great amenities. Back deck has neighbors right there but they weren’t outside and you can sit to face the house.

This house was exactly what we were looking for. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, nice kitchen, sitting room, living room, and deck. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. It is in a wooded setting with Mule deer out every evening. You can be downtown Flagstaff or on the interstate in a few minutes. The neighborhood is very safe, quiet, and nice. We had one issue with the internet kicking on and off. We called the person in charge of the rental. She then contacted the homeowner. The homeowner personally called us and gave us recommendations (restarting the router) and said he would call the internet provider. The internet did get better, but the Smart TV's in the bedrooms rarely worked because it required internet connection to work. Even with the internet issues, I am still giving this place 5 stars because of how nice this house, location, and owner were. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we travel back to Flagstaff and I would encourage anyone reading this to stay here as well.

This was our absolute best rental of many! The location adjacent to golf trails was excellent for early morning and evening walks. Everything was clean and working, with comfy beds and two inviting balconies. This townhome has character! The furnishings were obviously chosen by someone with decorating talent and a love of the Flagstaff area. The many extra touches continually surprised and delighted our eight-year-old granddaughter, especially the M-66 room and the balcony swing. We found everything we needed, plus some bonuses like a water bottle, cooler, electric pot, spices, 5# weights...things you just can't pack when you fly.

This place was very nice and served our family needs very well. Some squeaky floors but overall well taken care of. The grill is small and electric, if that matters to others.

We loved staying here and watching the snowfall through the big family room windows! Decorated cute, super clean and felt like a cozy cabin!

We were in town to visit family and were so enchanted with this house! It is obviously very loved, with thought given to all the little details of the house. My kids were so charmed by the little bear switch plates and other homey details. I’ve never been in a rental where everything was so well thought of. We cooked dinner for everyone and had plenty of room to host dinner for eight. In addition to being near our family this is extremely conveniently located to all the main areas in Flagstaff. 10/10 would stay again.
