Wooded Patio Oasis! Group Getaway in Flagstaff

House was amazing and so spacious. All the extras were nice like the pool table, pinball machine, fire in the backyard, and the grill made it perfect.

Large house with more bedrooms than we needed, but got the house so everyone could have a bathroom. Loved the large kitchen with pantry items, game room with poil table, outdoor seating and gas grill. We would definitely recommend this house for larger groups!

The property is accurately listed and well equipped kitchen. The game room was a hit with the pool table and pinball. Nice oversized garage. Plenty of lawn furniture and the firepit was great for S'mores. Wonderful neighborhood with the large park and lots of walking paths for everyone. Highly recommend this property. Adam, our host was very prompt to answer our needs and Tricia was wonderful to bring extra housekeeping supplies. We'll be back!

Great property and host.

The house was perfect for our group of 5 guys. The owner contact was very receptive, and we had a great time just hanging out at the house, too! The only two things we all agreed on were that the TV's remote situation was confusing due to the presence of more than three remotes per TV, and the beautiful electric Wolf kitchen stove needs instructions on how to unlock and operate it.

We reserved this house for a family reunion. It has plenty of rooms and beds for nighttime and lots of open areas for entertaining

Our multigenerational family of 14 had a fantastic stay at this rental home in Flagstaff! The owner truly thought of every detail, which made our experience seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. The home was clean and incredibly well-stocked—not just with linens, but also with plenty of activities and amenities to keep everyone entertained, no matter the weather.We visited during the snowy season and had several questions about travel conditions and accessibility. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful, providing timely updates and tips that made navigating the area much easier. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail really stood out and contributed to an stress-free and comfortable stay.

We had a large family group of 15 people, including 10 adults and 5 children (under the age of ten) to celebrate a 60th birthday. Check-in was easy/seamless, the house was clean and had plenty of sleeping space for our large group, the kids loved the bunk beds and play area. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishware for everyone. We cooked several meals and had no challenges with bowls, pots and pans, we even used the griddle for french toast. The outdoor fireplace was enjoyed by several family members and the game room was a frequent stop for everyone in the family. My husband and I loved the neighborhood with walking and bike trails and a playground for the kids very close/nearby. We had a wonderful Grand Canyon train ride in nearby Williams, with this Flagstaff location ideal for many activities.

Overall, the property was great! Plenty of space for all of our friends to stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking. The only thing we missed was having some sort of half or full bath downstairs that was not attached to one of the bedrooms. There are 4 bedrooms that each share a jack-and-Jill bathroom, but if you are staying in the “bunk room” there is no designated bathroom for that room, and the only half-bath is all the way upstairs. Everything else was great and the communication we received was excellent!

Lovely large home. Anything you wanted was in the house including condiments in refrigerator, cupboards and closets full of extra linens. It was clean and comfortable.The outdoor views from the back of the home were stunning pine trees and a walking trail. All you need to do is bring your toothbrush and toothpaste. It's a winner.

Everything in this home was well thought out and showed an attention to detail. It is very spacious. The bedrooms are ample sized, the mattresses are quality and comfortable, and there is a TV in every room. The home is spotless. It is located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood. The pool table and pinball machine was a nice touch and influenced our decision.The only major consideration when booking this home is that it is a two level home with a long flight of stairs that accesses the secondary bedrooms, laundry room, game room, and outside deck on the bottom level.Upon arrival, we were very impressed with our decision to choose this property. The owner is very responsive to any needs or questions that you may have.

This house was perfect for my family of 8. It was impeccably clean. There was tons of space in this home and beds for all. The view was beautiful, and we loved the path behind the home for evening walks. The fire table was great for easy s’mores. We had a great time here and would recommend this home!

Perfect house for our kids, my brother’s kids and grandma and grandpa!

Host was very easy to communicate, Adam allowed us for late check out. The property location is very good , quiet and nice neighborhood. Kitchen was fully stock.

We took our Girl Scout troop to Flagstaff. We had a large group of 18. Everyone slept comfortably. The house was spotless, water pressure was great and the warm water lasted. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of space to eat. There were several common areas to relax and play in. The back patio was perfect for skits and the girls had a blast exploring in the pines behind the house. The location was perfect being right near the freeway but tucked away enough not to hear the noise or feel like the traffic was overwhelming. There is a supercharger less than 5 minutes away and a Circle K right around the corner from the house. Walmart is 4 minutes away and there are plenty of restaurants nearby also. It was close to the breathtaking Lake Mary, NAU, Riordan Mansion and AZ High Mountain Trail Rides(which was the best we've ever been on)! I couldn't figure out how to lock the keyless entry and they responded immediately to my messages and text. Perfect stay!

The house, location, and the homes amenities were perfect for my Family to getaway and enjoy beautiful Flagstaff area. Highly recommend staying here.
