Wonderland at White Crane - Hot tub & Lake views!

Really good !! I love this house. So cleaned , spacious, modern and the view awesome. The rooms and activities . I don’t missed my house . I felt was my home. My kids love it !!

Everything about this house we loved, we only wish we had more days of staying here

The rental has good square footage and a decent layout but it is not properly maintained.We were greeted by a strong, foul smell of cigarette smoke which made the first few days very uncomfortable. We called the manager and they said they would send over air filtration equipment but never did. After about four days having all fans run 24 hrs it was bearable.The pool was low on water, dirty and the filtration system not functioning. The manager said it had just been serviced and sent someone out who just sent us photos of the dirty pool. Finally we filled it and got the filters working so the next servicing was effective in cleaning it.The walls are dirty and the interior paint is very poorly done. The front yard is all weeds.All of the trash bins were full when we arrived and I could barely move them.Overall the place needs a lot of work and better upkeep.

We had an amazing stay at this property. We had plenty of room for my husband and I and our three kids, my parents, and my sister. The location was great, and the listing is just as described. I would definitely stay here again.

A huge disappointment! An unusable ‘bedroom’ due to light and noise pollution. Missing even the basics - in a property that houses 8 people there were only 2 wine glasses and 2 champagne flutes, 3 dessert spoons, and one bath towel and a tiny hand towel per person. No pool side television as advertised. Awful condition of furniture in the games room. Low water level in the pool resulting in unnecessary noise from pump causing broken sleep to the occupants of one bedroom, a leaking kitchen sink causing water damage to goods stored in the under-sink cupboard, no oven gloves and only one tea towel, no plugs for the kitchen sinks so not fit for purpose, clocks and lamps which do not work, the safe was locked so also unuseable, no telephone, badly stained pillows, no clothes airer, filthy windows covered in green algae and dirt…. The list goes on! A half hearted attempt of help from the management team and then no response whatsoever to several emails. I do not recommend this accommodation or Grand Welcome. And VRBO have no interest in help or support, when Grand Welcome also fail to respond to their request for information! VRBO …. Shame on you too.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! The pool heating was fantastic—perfectly warm and enjoyable throughout our visit. It was clear the pool was well-maintained, with someone regularly checking on it. When we noticed the stroller provided was broken, we texted the host, and they brought us another one next day. Overall, the property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Upon arrival villa was clean but very basic, bed was comfortable and clean, the pool deck was really dirty looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years , Mold on the deck also the netting was in need of repair, very basic furniture also in need of a good clean, we were unfortunate to be in Florida during hurricane Milton, no communication from grand vacations to see if we were safe or any damage to villa, will never stay with this company again.

Overall this is a nice property to stay at. Quiet neighborhood, well stocked kitchen, comfortable master bedroom, and the pool/hot tub were nice in the evening (rare to find a rental with a nice clean pool). However there does seem to be a few things that have not been addressed that previous reviewers have mentioned. The TV out by the pool was missing upon arrival. The chairs in the theater room were ripped and dirty to the point that I would not want to sit in them. The door to the cars themed bedroom locks itself (and looks like it has been broken open a few times). Finally we found a bottle of unmarked white powdery pills in one of the nightstands. Overall nice place to stay but could stand to have some of the deferred maintenance completed.

We enjoyed the space, the pool, and hot tub! Quick communication and easy access!

We loved the close location to the Disney Parks and stores to shop at for food and nessecities. Our favorite feature was the private patio and pool. It was a great relaxing loction with a beautiful view..Pur only recommendation would be to fix the slider door. It was very difficult to open and clo se. I would recommend this house

The house was great. It was a nice stay. There were more pros than cons Pros: house was very clean, rooms were big and spacious, equipped with all essentials needed for small children(stroller,playpen,crib),kitchen was nice, every room had pool entrance, pool was sooo nice, bbq grill(all utensils needed), nice washer/dryer area Cons: the shower was very slippery:needs a mat to hold grip,pool area needs railings to get in and out especially near hot tub area, pool lounges needs cushions, pool area needs deep power washing to get all spider webs, pots and pans needs replacement(they stick when cooking), game room is outdated(carpet is horrible):definitely needs new equipment, leather chairs are peeling and old, in-suite shower needs a mat also because it gets very slippery and there are no railings installed. Highly recommended this fix. Although I had both pros and cons, I would stay here again. Communication was great. I had an issue with the bbq grill being super dirty and rusted when I unlocked it, however the issue was resolved and a new grill was installed. The pool guy came and cleaned the pool during our stay so that’s a plus too!
