Wonderlake Resort Escape – 7BR Luxury Stay & Fun

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Wonderlake Resort. The amenities this location has were outstanding! Plenty of space and fun activities for everyone to enjoy. Highly recommend this host and location.

Place was well kept and had a ton of things to do. Really a nice place.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with this stay due to an unresolved issue with the pool heater. The house is advertised as having a heated pool/Jacuzzi, and we requested the pool to be heated two weeks prior to our reservation, as this was a key amenity for our stay.Despite this, the pool never reached a usable temperature and remained around 66–70F. When we requested a partial refund due to the heated pool not being usable as advertised, we received no response from the owner, and no refund was offered.The lack of communication and follow-up was frustrating, especially when an advertised amenity was not functional. I recommend confirming expectations very clearly before booking if a heated Pool/Jacuzzi is important to you, especially for stays between November and April.

The property was amazing and has every amenity you could ever want for a family get a way. Nani was super helpful and answered every question promptly. We loved the pool, volleyball net, pickleball and the ability to fish right there. Beds are comfortable and everything is upscale.

When my family and I arrived at the Wonderland Infiniti vacation rental, after leaving the snow mountains in Michigan, what a breath of fresh air it was! The property was everything and so much more. The grounds were clean and immaculate, and each bedroom was luxurious! If you I’m looking for the vacation of a lifetime, this rental is it. We only had to leave for groceries only. Everything we needed and wanted were located on the grounds. I plan to rent again during the summer and so looking forward to it. The host was always there when we had questions. 12 of us stayed at the property for a small business retreat. The outdoor space was wonderful and the home was beautiful. We had a few maintenance issues while we were there but the property manager was very quick to respond.

The unresponsiveness of the property owner made the three days at the house much more challenging than they should've been. Despite confirming the day before the rental that the pool was 80-85 degrees, it (and the hot tub) were frigid upon entry. The pool never did heat--an issue that was exacerbated with temperatures below 45 degrees--and the lack of instructions as to how to use the hot tub, combined with the amount of time it took for it to heat up once we finally did receive instructions, deprived us of its use for the majority of the trip. There was also a piece of chicken sitting at the bottom of the pool, and no instructions on how to use the stovetop (who knew that special inductor pans were required?), which required yet another call to the property owner. The activities at the house are great and the property is in close proximity to Miami Beach, Wynwood, and Brickell. But unfortunately, the inability to use the primary amenities that were advertised put quite a damper on the trip.

The pictures does not do the place and location enough credit. We will definitely be coming back. We spend time with family and friends and while rented a yacht for the day, we instanted regretted the extra spend as the property has so much to do on it.
