The wider Amalfi Coast offers a wealth of attractions, including the historic town of Amalfi, the enchanting village of Ravello, and the ancient ruins of Pompeii, all within a reasonable driving distance. The natural beauty of the surrounding coastline, with its dramatic cliffs and crystal-clear waters, ensures that guests have an extraordinary range of experiences to discover during their time in this exceptional region of Italy.

Access: Positano view will be reached going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 83 steps.

Distances: The entrance of the house is only a short walk away from the one-way internal road housing local traffic and Positano’s inner transport system only.
Ferries and hydrofoils to Capri (20min), Naples (50 min), Amalfi (30 min) and Salerno (1½h) leave from a pier to the right of the main beach.
The other villages of the coast are easily reached by blue buses marked SITA.
At about 1,5 km far from the house is the SITA bus stop which offers regular service to and from Amalfi and Sorrento, every 45 minute /1 hours and can be reached by local mini buses.

Spread across 2 floors and approximately 125 square metres of interior space, this elegant Positano holiday villa accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal retreat for families or groups seeking a refined coastal experience.

On the ground floor, a very large and bright living area welcomes you with a fireplace, comfortable sofas, and a dining area complete with table and chairs. The living room enjoys direct access to a panoramic terrace, seamlessly connecting the interior with the breathtaking outdoor spaces. The fully equipped kitchen is located on the same level and features a glass door that opens directly onto one of the private terraces where a charming garden planted with seasonal vegetables is maintained, with the produce made available to guests when in season. Also on this floor, a spacious double bedroom is accompanied by its own ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort.

An internal staircase of 18 steps leads to the upper floor, where 2 additional double bedrooms are located, along with a large bathroom fitted with a shower. In total, the property offers 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed across both levels to ensure a comfortable and well-organised stay for all guests.

For your entertainment, the living area features a television with satellite TV reception, allowing you to enjoy a wide selection of channels during your downtime. Stepping outside, the property boasts 3 private terraces adorned with elegant garden furniture, including tables and chairs ideal for al fresco dining, all set against a magnificent sea view. One of the terraces is home to a private garden planted with seasonal vegetables, adding a charming and authentic touch to the outdoor experience. Wi-Fi connectivity is included in the rental price, along with electricity, air conditioning, a final cleaning service, maid service for 3 hours on 2 days per week with linen change on Wednesdays, and a regular gardening service.

The property is named Positano view and is accessed via an external stairway of approximately 83 steps. Given its elevated position on the upper side of Positano, you should be aware that climbing stairs will be necessary to reach the town's beaches. A car is not required for the stay, as shops, restaurants, and local services are all easily reachable on foot. However, for those arriving by car, it is possible to reserve a garage in the neighbourhood at an additional charge of 20 euros per day, payable locally. Parking must be booked in advance.

The nearest airport is Naples, approximately 70 km away, while Rome Fiumicino airport is approximately 330 km away.

A minimum stay of 7 nights applies, with arrival on Saturdays. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. A refundable security deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned upon departure, less any charges in the event of damage to the property.

Due to the presence of several antique pieces throughout the house, the property is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. A tourist tax of 2.50 euros per person per day is payable locally, with children under 10 years of age exempt.

Heating is available at an additional cost of 150 euros per week, payable locally. A range of optional services is available at an extra charge, including grocery shopping and delivery at 30 euros, additional maid service at 15 euros per hour, extra linen at 20 euros per room, a crib at 50 euros per week, babysitting at 15 euros per hour, porter service at 15 euros per piece, wood for the fireplace charged according to usage, and airport transfers available upon enquiry. An English-speaking manager is available on call, and the team is happy to provide assistance and suggestions for excursions, boat tours, cooking experiences, and a variety of other activities.
