Wonderful Updated Single Level Retreat w/ Backyard Oasis, Pet Friendly, A/C, Hot Tub, Private Patio

We had a poor experience. We arrived at 6:45 pm after driving 3 hours and the house wasn't cleaned -- dirty bedding, dog hair, piles of dirty towels, dirty counters, etc. I called the mngt company and a cleaning crew eventually arrived. They were great, but as of 9:30 they were still cleaning. We had yet to eat or unpack so we told them it was clean enough, leaving things like the microwave and sink dirty. The 1st of 3 night was awash.The listing said it slept 7 and had 3 photos of a room with a bunkbed (single on top, double on bottom). However, the bunk was replaced by a queen bed, so the house slept 6. Had we know this we wouldn't have rented it. It was a family trip and our daughter brought 2 friends and our son 1. The girls were to sleep in the bunk. Since it wasn't there, they took the king bed with the private bathroom, and my husband and I took the queen bed and used the common bathroom that had tape covering the lock. We are understanding people and no single issues would have been a problem, but together, they were. I emailed requesting that 1/3 of the costs be reimbursed. We often rent homes and have never requested a refund or given less than 4 stars. They said they would have a response in 24-48 hours. After 7 emails and 4 days, I was finally told they would reimburse the cleaning fee. Only after I said my review would reflect their inadequate resolution did they commit to reimbursing 1/3 of cost. I will not rent this house or a house managed by iTrip again.

The space was clean and welcoming. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The fireplace was a nice touch and the furniture was all very comfortable. Our dog loved the varied landscape in the backyard. Just be aware that there are lava rocks and some rather steep drop offs in places, but only about three or four feet. There was also some obsidian rock, which is beautiful but sharp. The location was convenient to town but outside of it enough to feel private.

All of the comforts of home. Nicely appointed. Our dog loved playing in the backyard, which was fenced with a nice grass patch. Hot tub also worked wonderfully. Would gladly stay again next time we’re in Bend!

The house was clean and worked in a pinch. I was surprised that I could not get permission to get in to let my father in a wheel chair use the restroom a little more than an hour before our scheduled entry. It would have been one thing if someone was cleaning or something but we literally had to wait in the drive way. Not the best customer service for 750 a night.

This was a lovely home for my family during our western roadtrip!

Very clean, well equipped 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Hot tub. Nice quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed a nice week in Bend with our family. House is clean and easy access to hiking, golf and skiing. We had a few questions and response was quick. A great place to stay.

No rugs on the bedroom floors was a bit cold. No heat regulation in the bathroon. Nice living and kitchen areas. King bed was super comfortable, Murphy bed was a bit hard.

We enjoyed a long weekend at this home. It was decently stocked for all our needs and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub (also clean) and lounged on the couch playing games in the evening. It was in a quiet neighborhood that was easy to get to, and walking distance from Pilot Butte which we hiked up and enjoyed scenic views of the whole city. Would definitely recommend.

The home was exactly as described. Even though it was hot during our visit, there was always a cooling breeze in the shaded backyard ( air conditioning helped as well). Chris was extremely prompt with any inquiry we made during our visit which made me very comfortable in saying, we'll be back.

Property was amazing. We rented this house to go to a concert in downtown. Easy uber ride.

This was the perfect house for our family of 7. We were in town for a youth baseball tournament and the location was literally 8 minutes away from everything. We also brought our puppy (with his crate and playpen). Having the ability to do laundry and cook meals was awesome! The hot tub was an additional bonus as well. We would definitely stay there again!
