Wonderful NEW 3 BR 2.5 BA Townhouse for 8 2 Miles from Las Vegas Strip

The rental was very well taken care of. Clean rental and great location to everything. We enjoyed our stay and will keep this on our favorites.

The place was very clean and in good shape. The only negatives, which turned out to be positives, was the TV WiFi connections worked intermittent (which we didn't spend much time watching TV) and we had to remove shoes before going upstairs on the carpet (although this rule keeps the carpet clean for everyone).All the wonderful perks that make you feel welcomed, Q-tips, good TP, nice supply of tea and coffee, plenty of linens, TV in every room, beautiful decor and all kinds of love notes to keep us informed as guests.The driveway is fit for a small SUV... Trucks and longer vehicles will need to park in the public spaces, but there was always a spot available close by... Definitely a plus being in a gated community!!!Thank you for the pleasant stay!

It was just my partner and I at the property, and we had everything we needed! It was super clean and well-appointed. Communication with Joe and Michelle was wonderful! They responded quickly and resolved our issues, even when it was operator error! We had rented a car because we were doing some far away things, but the property is only a short drive from the strip, so über would be really quick and easy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

We were satisfied with staying in this house. It is clean in general. house is very close to every where we want to go.

We came out for concerts and my wife’s birthday. Had such a great time. Enjoyed the trip and place was amazing. Would definitely stay here again. The process and the owner were great and very communicative. So happy we stayed here.

This place is extremely clean just like the photos. It's in a safe neighborhood but still close enough to the Vegas Strip.The home is decorated nicely throughout. The thermostats are tricky to operate but that may have been a me problem. I will definitely stay her again.

Our stay at this location was awesome. Smooth and easy access. Place was clean with all amenities we requested. Host was awesome and responsive to all messages in a very timely manners. Will recommend this location to Friends and family. Also look forward to staying here again.

Everything was perfect

Had a really great stay. It’s pretty close to the strip for driving purposes which makes it convenient. Only a 10-15min trip to the airport car rental return. Lots of space. We didn’t even use all the rooms/beds. Beds are firm but I actually kind of liked that and may change mine at home. Equipped kitchen, gas range. Gated community. A few places nearby to walk, but for some more scenic walks, better to drive to them. Has a good backyard area, although we didn’t use it for our stay. Not too far from Red Rock Canyon (sub 30min drive) and only 15-20 to Henderson or Summerlin. Communication with the property owners was great - super responsive. We stayed over Christmas, and having the Christmas décor up for us was a really nice touch! You won’t be disappointed if you stay here. It’s great. Thank you!

We had a great experience. This was our first trip to Las Vegas. The location of the property was perfect. It is in a quiet gated community. We could be anywhere in the city within 15-20 minutes. The house was very well furnished and stocked. Excellent communication from the host. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. We would definitely rent from Michelle again!

Nice & clean

We stayed here for roughly 1 week to celebrate my wife's birthday. The home itself is very lovely & comfortably appointed and we found Michelle to be a wonderful hostess. I cannot really speak on the closeness of the property to things as we spent most of our time not on the strip but I can attest that it is quite close to the Luxor & Mandalay Bay. We enjoyed having the option to launder our clothing & all of the provided dishware was clean with everything needed to make your own meals or reheat leftovers. All in all, this was a wonderful property with quiet, respectful neighbors & easy access to good food & great fun.

Very clean and nice. Easy to get to the strip and 45 minutes to Hoover Dam

It was great! We are a family that enjoys gathering, sharing a meal and hanging out. More than enough space.

I stayed here with my family and we were all super impressed with this place! It is an amazing property within a safe community but still super close to everything. If we ever come back to Vegas, we will definitely be booking to stay here again! Such a comfortable stay, thank you Michelle!

We came to town for family needs. This location was 2 miles from the hospital, 15 minutes from the airport and only 8 minutes from the strip. It was clean, located in a gated community, and great for our family to stay in for the two weeks we were there. The owners were easy to get ahold of and super accommodating. Next time we head to Vegas, we will book with them!

Amazing property, very clean and beautifully decorated. Conveniently located to the Vegas strip and anything you might need while you stay here. Plus Michelle is a great host with great communication. We hope to stay here again the next time we're in Vegas.
