Stayed Feb 15, 2025It was nice to have space for us to spread out in. It’s about 30 minutes to an hour from the Everglades / Miami / key largo. Not enough dishes/ cooking pots and pans, so they left paper plates for us to use. Communication was good. For the amount we paid, it was a solid place.

Stayed Jan 4, 2024Martha’s house is a quiet, clean and spacious place. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The whole place made us feel at ease. Check-in was quick and easy as Martha provided a wonderful instruction. The house was equipped with everything we needed. It's definitely a great place to stay!

The house was spotless with plenty of linens for my family of 6. Martha even had cookies delivered during our stay for my girls. Martha and her home are top notch! We cannot wait to book our next stay here.

Stayed Nov 23, 2022We rented this property over thanksgiving break and everything was great! The location was amazing and Martha was so nice and a great communicator. We had no issues whatsoever and the listing was exactly as listed :)

Stayed Oct 7, 2022Check in was a little problematic bc VRBO was doing updates and we couldn’t access the sign in code. The owner was in touch with us about 30 mins after we arrived and we were online with Vrbo. The house was good for 4 people. Plenty of bathrooms abs extra linens. Access to videos and TV was a little difficult as the DVD player didn’t work well. There was Netflix and Amazon. The location was easy to both Everglades and Biscayne. As well as to Publix and other community amenities.

Stayed Apr 1, 2022We stayed at Martha’s house for a month while our home was being renovated. The house was clean and comfortable. Martha was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to any inquiries. The house is well equipped with kitchen items, a bbq, toys for kids, and a new washer and dryer. The beds were very comfortable and we had everyone we needed. Thank you for a pleasant experience Martha.
