Stayed May 16, 2024Home was nice , fridge was locked , water soiled everywhere. Ants all over the kitchen. When I asked for my refund she threatened to check me out the following morning, I asked again for refund and she ignored my message. They did someone come out and clean but I paid for early check in at around 10am 11 am the cleaning lady and handyman didn’t get there till 6pm 7pm. Reason why I wanted my early check refunded for the inconvenience.

Stayed Oct 19, 2024Great location, close to the Fesitval Grounds and a short drive to the strip. The property manager was late giving us the access code so we sat in the driveway for a little while before being able to go in. The cleaner was still there for a while after we checked in, and then there was no toilet paper so the cleaner went and brough back one roll between the two bathrooms. The property manager also never responded after sending the entrance code, so we were unable to use the WiFi that was advertised because they never sent us the password. The freezer was locked so we were unable to use that. The property was clean and served its purpose for a place to sleep.

Stayed Mar 28, 2024The property was what we wanted for this visit. Close to the Venue for our volleyball tournament. Convienent to nice local restaurants and shopping. Property size and layout were great for our family get together. Property does need so TLC. Yard was full of weeds. Property had not been cleaned when we checked in, corrected promptly. Freezer was not available, not sure why it wouldn’t open but three attempts with property manger got no response so we went through the stay with no freezer. Fortunately the ice maker still worked.

Stayed Dec 6, 2023The remodel of the place was poor. The freezer dint open. The guest bathtub was painted and the paint was peeling. And the towel rank and toilet paper roll in the master fell of the wall. Also when you get there they ask you to not flush any toilet paper down the toilet. You had to wipe your ass and throw it in the garbage. Needless to say we won’t be going back and would not recommend.
