    Great location and nice house but the mattresses are in dire need of replacement. There were overall very few provisions (extra pillows, kitchen tools, etc) that we would consider baseline for a rental property.

    We were very pleased with the accommodations.Just a few things to improve upon. The carpet in the main bedroom going into bathroom was very dirty. Kind of gross. 2nd probably need to leave extra toilet paper & paper towels. Other than that it was the perfect location . Thank you

    This was a great Vrbo for so many reasons. The place was spacious, clean and well equipped (dishwasher, coffee, etc.) Of course these things were in the listing, so as expected, but I did not know how good the garage and parking situation was. I recommend getting the remote for the garage because it is the easiest way to locate which garage is yours. Checkin and checkout was perfect, even though key pickup is at an office on main st, a couple of blocks from the Vrbo. But that was perfectly convenient anyway. The dishwasher didn’t start right away and we thought there was something wrong with it and we contacted them and they responded quickly and explained that we have to push the door in more to enable it to start. The point is that their communication and support was excellent. There were also many extra blankets in the closet, and plenty of dishware for the kitchen. (I would have appreciated another normal frying pan for making breakfast, but the large one that was there was perfectly usable, even if much bigger than necessary.) We stayed in mid August and the weather was cool, so the lack of A/C did not affect us. In July that might have been an issue. the location is so good, we did not use the car once during the whole stay, just walked to meals, parks and hiking trails.

    Unfortunately, we only had one night to enjoy this charming place!! It was spotless, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to shops and restaurants. The house is an adorable Victorian style home. Everything we could have asked for!!

    The location was great & the place had a vintage charm. I wished they had a note on the history of the place & town. We had an issue (got a parking tix) with where to park as it’s not very straightforward but management was able to resolve the issue and so kudos to the staff for their service.
