Wonderful Beach Villa in Beautiful Palmetto Dunes

Loved the property and access to pools/beach. Owner had great communication!! Will stay again!

Our group consisted of 5 adults and an 11y/o. We could not have found a better place for all of us to have our own sleeping arrangements. Three bedrooms and each had their own bathroom! The unit is walking distance to a beautiful pool and the beach. We hired a photographer to have our beach pictures done and they came out amazing. I almost cried when we had to leave. I would certainly rent the unit again.

Great spot on the water and to watch wildlife across the street from the beach. Only downside is the unit is the second to furthest spot from the Hampton pool and the Barrington pool is also quite a walk (we had a guest with back and knee issues so it mattered). We ended up being able to use the Windsor pool thanks to an owner who saw the struggle. We really enjoyed the back deck, although there are no cushions on the seats as shown in one of the pictures. The upstairs now has double beds which is nice.

We had a wonderful time at this location. The pools were wonderful, the gym was adequate, and the beach access was close. Everything we wanted. The condo itself met our needs and the space was adequate for all of us. The kitchen and appliances were all in working order. I may have misunderstood but I thought that we would be given a Welcome Package at the gate and we did not. However, we did find information on the website and then we found on the table in the condo a booklet with all the information we needed. The owners were very quick to answer the questions that we had. We highly recommend this place.

Awesome place! Location was perfect and had everything we needed from beach chairs to double d 40! Highly recommend and host was outstanding.

Inside of the property was modern and clean. The rear deck on the outside could use some updates. The decking and seating along the canal side was showing quite a bit of deterioration. The chairs and outdoor furniture was a bit rusty. One of the chairs backs had a bolt rusted into when we got there. One of the handrails going off the back deck was completely detached. Overall a really nice interior-exterior not so impressive.

I’ve been coming to Hilton Head for over 40 years and had never stayed on this property. I loved it! Great rental for our family of 5. We were here early in the season because our spring break is so early, so not all the pools on property were open, but it was an easy walk to the beach and we had a great view overlooking the lagoon. We were able to enjoy the tennis courts-and if we would have had more time, may have played pickle ball and rented bikes as well. We would stay here again!

Property itself is lovely, large and comfortably would hold 6 and up to 8 if ok with 4 sharing bedroom and bath. 7 minute walk to pool and beach. Canal patio perfect private relaxing space. Parking is additional per car, maybe it was in the listing but at extra 70 dollars for our 2 cars for less than a week, I was not expecting. If you need to do any work, video calls or streaming the wifi is not adequate. We did ok using our hot spots, but not ideal IF you can't completely unplug.Not locally managed. Seemed to be managed directly by owner and he was great but only so much that can be done from afar. We were unable to get into the unit on arrival, which was late. The codes for the pool/beach access must have been changed from what they had in the unit. Would definitely stay again now that I know several of the hiccups with not only the unit but Hilton Head in general.

Nice quiet location. Easy access to beach and pools! Everything is close by and the accommodations were perfect for what we wanted. Take a stroll on the beach to Coligny, canoe the lagoon, get what you need from the general store, or have a ton of options right outside the complex!

We love Hilton Head and this condo was perfect for us. In a great location with all the amenities this well maintained and beautifully decorated unit had the best floor plan for our family. The upstairs bedroom worked out great for the kids and having a full bathroom up there was wonderful. We were comfortable and felt safe at the beginning of our stay when a tropical storm was a concern and as the weather cleared we enjoyed the beach and pool. The owner is quick to respond and seems invested in the experience of their guests.

As a family, we’ve outgrown several of the previous rentals in palmetto dunes. This was perfect for us.. so glad I found it, and can’t wait to come back. The property had everything we needed and more . Location just a short walk to the beach and pools with a more secluded feel. Outstanding!! Thanks!

We were extremely satisfied with this property. This was a family vacation with 6 adults and the space was perfect! The rooms were nice size and location could not have been better - close to beach and pools. Our hosts were very responsive to our questions….even helpful with restaurant recommendations. Will definitely return!

The owner always got back with me promptly when I had any questions. The unit was very nice and comfortable. We love staying in Palmetto Dunes. There are lots of family activities to do close by (bike trails, pickleball, kayaking, and many more).

Was a beautiful place right on the lagoon and very close to the beach. The family loved the place and the owners were very helpful with all the questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

Everything about the unit was fine except utilizing the keyless system. There was an error in the directions as to which way to turn the Schlage. However the owner was readily available and patiently walked us through the steps. We did, however, decide to use the old fashioned way - actual keys - for which the owner provided the code. For the two of us, this process was just fine. FYI- We have successfullyt used keyless entries in the past,
